food is amazing! however the service is horrible, they are so rude and give dirty looked and makes the experience there very awkward and unwanted. so i order takeout everytime instead
The food is great here don’t get me wrong. However the staffing is a big issue and the wait time for the food is alittle outrageous. You really need to try to hire more staffing and also try to bring down your prices or your going to lose customers those are two issues I am really addressing here and ur establishment may close if you are unable to resolve those issues. The wait time for the food is outrageous too because having one person cook the food and then the food taking forever is just unacceptable to me. I hope these suggestions are helpful.
Place has gone downhill big time, burger was awful the restaurant is filthy and not worth the price at all.
My burger was so good I ate it before takibg a picture of it. The chef was helpful and it is easy to create your own here. Fries were delicous and perfect before going across the street the BNH Stage...was gifted tickets and will be back!
The only reason this got a star was for the food, because it was delicious as always. Vibes used to be one of my favorite spots, but the experience tonight was negative. Let’s just say the Vibes weren’t the best at Vibes.
As soon as I entered, I was loudly asked how I could be helped as I stood at the register ready to order. I didn’t know she was speaking to me, since she was far away and she then asked me slowly and rudely if I was picking up or OR-DER-ING. When I replied, “Ordering” she asked me to go over to the counter back by the entrance to look over the menu and come up when I was ready to order. Mind you, there was nobody behind me waiting and I was looking at the menu to get my thoughts together, but was ready- which I then told her. Her coworker took my order and that was fine, but when I said I wanted ginger ale, she yelled over that they were out and I felt like I had done something wrong.
While I waited for my food, a large family came in and were flexible about not having enough seating for all of them, but also commented to each other that the woman had been kind of rude. They had 6 exhausted kids, one who was having a birthday, and the grandmother went around with a pad of paper getting the orders organized before she approached the counter. When she asked for milkshakes, she was told “I don’t have time to make milkshakes, there are only two of us on a Friday night.” The grandpa replied that they would go somewhere else because they didn’t want to stress them out. After a half hour getting orders together, they left with their easily $100+ of business and stood on the sidewalk figuring out where to go. They were then talked about by the workers upon leaving.
When I went up to get my food and asked for an extra that I had been ordered and charged for, I was rudely told, “It’s gonna take me a minute!” As was the woman who asked for something after me who got, “Again, it’s going to be a second- I’m one person here,” AND the men who had ordered and paid for beers, “I’m basically one person at this point!” In front of her poor coworker as if she was no help. While another girl quietly sat waiting for her order, the worker went up to her and said, “I wish everyone could be as relaxed as you.” That comment was uncalled for as I hadn’t seen anyone be rude or ask anything outlandish of them my whole time in the restaurant.
I can understand a dinner rush while being understaffed, and the stress that can bring- but having worked in customer service myself, you can still try to pretend that the innocent people you’re serving aren’t a complete burden to you. Maybe they need more staff, but unfortunately, one of my favorite places has lost sight of its name. Again, the Vibes are off at Vibes lately.
Fast service and great food
Decent walk-up counter service with a good selection of burgers for a quick downtown meal.
Ok, so I really was hoping this place was going to be off the chart. I got to be honest with my reviews though.
I will start with the good: The burger was fantastic. The prices for food are pretty good. They had a decent draft beer selection. They also had Bob's burgers playing on the TV, which I thought was awesome.
Now the bad: The beer was far overpriced. The place was a hot mess. It was very dirty. The menus were dirty . The counters were dirty . The tables were dirty . The bathrooms were so dirty. The two staff members were like arguing left and right and screwed up a bunch of people's orders. The service was not so great because I think they're very short-staffed so I am taking that into account. But the approach to everything was far-lacking.
2.5 just because the burger was good.
Food was pretty good. But the staff lacked enthusiasm to say the least. The two women working on 3/15/24 at 2pm were pretty blunt. There was a noticeable feeling of not being welcome.
Absolutely amazing, burgers so good you need extra napkins and the best onion rings I've ever had

Great place for a Burger. I ordered 'The Unusual' and it was perfect. The patty had great flavor and I loved the combo of flavors.
My husband had the poutine, it was great. The gravy had great flavor and the fries were thin and crisp.
The kids meals were a great deal.
I definitely recommend eating here.

the burger was one of the best burgers ever! the pork barbecue was not fresh and apparently canned. Cole slaw on top of sandwich was watery. Ice cream which was over priced was freezer burnt. one staff member was very friendly and the one taking orders was so hateful and spiteful as if we were a bother to be served. water was in an old fridge but the water on the counter that had small to go plastic cups was entirely not fit to serve let alone drink. The fries were some of the best ever also. If they could just be nicer and just serve hamburgers and fries wow!!!!! this place would be the best on the block. get rid of the freezer burnt ice cream. no thanks.

Went in last night with a slice of pizza from the other small business next door. Sour joes. We live right in the neighborhood and try to support the local businesses. One of our favorite things to do occasionally is get a slice of pizza and then a cheeseburger. So we walked in with our pizza sealed in a box , the “owner” yelled at my girlfriend “NO FOOD FROM OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS YOU WOULDN’T WALK INTO THE 99 WITH FOOD FROM LONGHORN!” Across the restaurant causing my girlfriend to leave and walk off down the street. Kind of crazy, I then spoke with the person who claimed they were the owner but honestly didn’t seem like they were. Just because of the attitude (they probably were but the whole thing seemed odd) They were pretty mean considering the fact that we spend about 50 dollars on two cheeseburgers several times a month. At the end of the day it’s a burger joint not a sit down restaurant I don’t see the crime here. Who cares if you have a slice of pizza with you when you buy a twenty dollar cheeseburger. Oh well… we won’t get food here anymore sadly and will also tell others not to get food here. People take strolls downtown and they end up walking with slices of pizza, bags of chocolate, and other items. Don’t know how you can run a business down there and ask people not to bring stuff from other businesses inside.
Pulled pork was juicy but the bun held up. Batter dipped onion rings were super authentic. Delicious but still a bit peckish after a main and a side.
