The crust of my pizza was burnt. Unedible, and nearly $25. Ridiculous. You had one job. Do better. Much better.

This place is terrible. The owner is absolutely terrible. Horrible human being from what i’ve heard around chatter within the community of past and present workers at the other places they own. Can clearly tell that the workers here are disgruntled , under paid , and understaffed. I wasn’t sure if there was a manager when I was here tonight but she looked as if she was over it. I pray she is able to get away from this horrible place. I tried it last year when it opened and the food was horrible. I figured i’d give it some time and try again but still terrible. I hope the people currently working there find a new place to go. They’re so sweet. Especially the manager.

I was there tonight and it was a lot going on. My pizza took longer than expected, but I could tell they were short on staff and doing their best. I’ve worked in kitchens before, so I know how stressful it can get. I didn’t say anything, I just waited for it. When I finally got my order, it was actually one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Totally worth the wait. Despite how hectic it was, the staff were super polite and friendly. Really appreciated that

So I ordered hot honey tonight pizza tonight, and that looked beautiful but the rodeo did not have o Rings, as it should! The girl says sorry its my first day and I can cook the rings and throw them on top. I said that's not the same, she says I'll remake it and i said I have a drive home so could you please redo both. I asked how long and she said 10 min. I heard her talking in the back and saying I did not like how the pizza looked but really it was because it was not made how its advertised. 20 min went by and the girl pulled the pizza out. When she gave it, I opened to check and it was not cooked all the way not any brown. I asked her to put it back in and she was complaining the whole way to the young boy working.
I asked the boy about if the manager or owner was around. The girl spoke up and says I'm the manager and the boy was being trained on his first day. Hmm she had said it was her first day in the beginning. I did tell her as soon as it browned I would take it. The boy came and says my dad is on his way to talk to you. Jeff comes in and gets the girls story, i was a distance away but never heard her say she made the pizza wrong. After remaking my pizza, jeff comes over and says that the girl dropped 2 slices of the rodeo pizza. He says i have a rodeo made without the o. Rings. Funny though its not a rodeo without the rings. He gave me all 4 pizzas and says you can microwave the other 2 if you Get hungry. Later. Unfortunately we do not eat old pizza. I know many do but we don't like it. Why would you not say, come back again and I'll make it a better experience and give you one next time with your order I oversee 11 stores and so I'm all for mistakes but not the attitude about making it right, not the lies, and I'm a firm believer in accountability and on think its right to serve a pizza not cooked all the way. I really wish they would make it right.

So excited to see that Vinnie's is under new ownership and has been brought back to life! I grew up on their pizzas on Sunday nights. Everyone there is so friendly! My pepperoni pizza was amazing! Definitely coming back to try some of their subs. :) Good luck and keep up the great work!!!

They recently got a new manager and wow can I say the service was great, the food was delicious and the staff was so friendly. I got a large pepperoni pizza and I definitely recommend adding the garlic butter for the crust! Definitely recommend to anyone who is a pizza lover!

I was so disappointed with Vinnies as I've over the past few months called dozen plus times with nobody picking up the phone. When I finally ordered for my first pick up. The staff couldn't get me out of the restaurant quicker, which was an hour before they closed And they immediately lock the doors behind me me.

No wonder I can never get an order in as dozens of phone calls with no answering was a joke. I finally ordered a An extra pepperoni pizza with onions and mushrooms and I got a very weak presentation. Three pepperonis per slice,(extra pepperoni / yeah right/rip me off). There we're two Barely cut thin slice of tiny onions sand two Pieces of mushrooms provided on each slice which proved to be a cheap pizza at a 30 dollar cost. The crust was fantastic, so when I got home I added more pepperoni, more onions . and more mushrooms and cheese to make a pizza that I wish Vinnies provided from the gecko. 30 dollars for a pizza which I could have gotton on a frozen 8 dollar pizza at a grocery natore will be my future pizza of choice . Binnie's ripped me off!

IVinnie's, don't answer the phones, their hours posted are not consistant. and their cheap toppings makes make other places a much better option. It's obvious that they don't care and probably wont be around to long leaving the old Vinnies place vacant again sooner than later!

25 dollars for a dry hot scorching piece of cheese bread they call pizza. Staff incredibly rude and lack of empathy. They put no effort into my meal the sauce no where in sight on my pizza. I would take my schools pizza over this hot garbage reck. Do not come here waste of time and money

I ordered a Greek salad and a slice. The teenager working gave me an old slice that was lukewarm and went back to looking at her phone and talking to the other teenagers working there. Then when my salad came (20 minutes later?) it was a Caesar salad. When I told the girl working there she said ‘you ordered a Caesar.’ It was a pile of old lettuce with parm cheese sprinkled on it, which would even be weak for a Caesar salad. I guess the customers not always right? Wouldn’t count on a good lunch on Sundays when the children are in charge.

Stopped in for lunch the other day. Had to park on the street. They offer a variety of Italian foods.... pizzas, sandwiches and more, as well as soft drinks and limited selection of beer. We enjoyed a medium pizza with three toppings, a small Greek salad, and a couple soft drinks. Salad was crisp and fresh. Pizza came out hot and had a crunchy, chewy crust. Pizza was delicious and plenty for us two. They make their own desserts (cookies). Service is friendly and prompt. Prices are moderate.
