This Wendy's was really cooking on Wednesday! Must have had the good crew on. My burger was made correctly, my fries were hot and salty, and each staff member that I interacted with was polite and quick about their business. Great job!

My partner and nephew recently visited a Wendy’s restaurant located on Loundon Road in Concord, New Hampshire. Upon entering the parking lot, we observed the employees engaged in their mobile devices. When my nephew attempted to utilize the app that the employees had recommended, he was disregarded. The app was malfunctioning, and the employee responded with a dismissive gesture when my nephew inquired about assistance.

My son has hip-hop classes on Friday nights in Concord. We always grab dinner from Wendy’s as a special treat. The Friday night crew is amazing! John and his crew are so kind to both myself and my son. They keep it fun and entertaining for everyone while they wait for their food. He always has a smile even when the restaurant is packed and he is understaffed.

The night crew is the worst. Uncooked chicken sandwich and cold fries. They locked the doors at 7 so no one could come in to get things corrected. Worst crew ever....
worst wendy’s location i’ve ever been too, burgers were cold and made wrong didn’t even get 4 nuggets in one meal and then new thin mint frosty didn’t get to enjoy that they just dropped a bunch of sauce in the bottom of the cup and the rest was vanilla nothing mixed, and also the kid at the drive thru window was very rude this place should be shut down

Just horrible.. A young kid at the window. Zero manors. Completely ignored my greetings, didn’t say a word. I let it go, maybe he had a bad day, I don’t know. I get home with my food and it’s completely wrong. Looks like it had just been sitting out, complete opposite of what I ordered. Even got 3 nuggets instead of 4. I don’t have high expectations for fast food but bad attitudes and old food isn’t ideal regardless of where you go.

Been coming here pretty consistently for 2 years. Food is what you’d expect from a Wendy’s. Never had any atrocious meals. Service is VERY HIT OR MISS. Staff has been noting but pleasant to me the only thing They do SUCK at putting the right sauce in the bag. Happens some times who really cares. Imma eat the food regardless

Absolutely terrible. I had a mobile order of 2 Baconators with a lettuce bun and no sauce. I got sauce and went back in to get replacements. I was given a wrap instead. When I spoke to the manager, he sounded like he didn't even want to be there and didn't see this as something to be mad about before remaking my order again. I'm never coming back to this location and recommend everyone else avoid it.
