We had a great time at this branch and we also liked the food. The burger is dry in a good way and not greasy. The toppings are fresh and the lettuce is also good. The chips are excellent. We ate with our child and we all unanimously agreed that the hamburger, fries and nuggets are better, from McDonalds. We will be back.

This particular Wendy's seems more consistently staffed well than a lot of other fast food places in the area. The staff are always friendly when taking my order and greeting me at the window. I haven't had issues with my order being wrong and I've been coming to this particular location about once every two weeks for the past year. It's always best to double check what's in the bag before you drive off, but I've never been given an incorrect order. I think their breakfast menu is great and should be talked about more. The breakfast burrito is very good, always has a LOT of fillings and doesn't have those weird fake-looking, rubbery eggs that some places have. Also the iced coffee is excellent. I get mine with just cream and no sweetener because it's smooth and not bitter or burned tasting. Has a little bit of a nutty flavor. Better than Dunkins iced coffee in my opinion. I usually go to the drive through but the couple of times that I went inside, the booths were clean and the bathroom was also clean and stocked.

My husband and I eat here regularly. They have the best customer service! Highly recommend this Wendy's location!
Just wanted to grab a coffee and use restroom this morning. Lobby opens 9am. 9 05 I walk up with 3 others waiting to get in. Doors locked. No possible way no one inside saw us waiting. Went up to drive thru and asked if lobby would be open today, rude service, I replied if your not opening from staff shortage place note on door so customers know. Just uncalled for rudeness, stick to Wendy's on concord heights or Epsom my advice

I had the best experience at Wendy's because of a really awesome staff person. She was friendly, took my order with some excellent suggestions.
And man, the baconator fries were the best I've had at a Wendy's. Lots of cheese and super crispy bacon.
I didn't catch her name, but she took my order of spicy nuggets and baconator fries today and she was awesome.

Twice, I've had problems there one with a female manager and 1 with a male manager at the window this time, I had an egg sandwich that was full of shells and I pointed it out to him, and he says we'll use real eggs. What do you want me to do? And it was a snappy attitude. Same thing with the problem I had last week. So I will not be going back. But it's unfortunate that a new restaurant like that loses a customer right off the bat.
