Need to share my awesome experience that I had at Wrap City in Concord today. I love their wraps and ordered one online for lunch today. When I got there to pick it up there was no wrap sitting there for me. I showed the email confirmation of my order on my phone and was told, sorry but you ordered it for the Londonderry store instead. I paid for another wrap and asked who I could talk to, so I could possibly get a refund from the other store. The owner, or manager, came out and immediately said she would refund the cost of the second wrap. No questions asked. She didn't own me for my mistake. I was very appreciative for her kind gesture. That is great customer service!!! Signed a Loyal customer.

Really good wraps, quick service, I really like the Jersey Greek. The only reason I give four vs five stars, is the fact when you check out, they have a full on tip of 15 or 20% as if it’s a requirement. Come on people, the tip epidemic is too much, your paid hourly employees!
Parking: It’s a parking lot, what else do yo7 need to know.
Kid-friendliness: Ore than family friendly.

Wrap was soggy and I asked for no onions and they were piled on, not to mention the price for two sandwiches was 26 dollars !!

First timer. Ordered online. All was smooth and the chicken salad wrap was delicious! The rustic chips were a nice surprise, too. Pleasant experience and will be back.

We just had a great catering experience from Wrap City. Everyone enjoyed the food and WC was very helpful in answering our questions about their menu, pickup, and quantity of order. We will use them again.

Spent just about $20 for an Italian sub and there was minimal meat and forgot the relish hots. I love how they ask for the tip before you get your food

Old ingredients. $26 for 2 sandwiches. My chicken was clearly old. Hardly any lettuce or tomato. Asked for no olive oil on hubby's sandwich, but it was dripping out. Don't waste your money. We won't be back.

Some of the best sandwiches around.Wide variety of choices. Homestyle Chips are awesome. And are also available at Marketbasket Good service, though I'm opposed to being encouraged to tip for take out service.

Not sure what has happened at this restaurant, but the last three months the quality of the sandwiches has plummeted! The products are not fresh, chunks of meat, soggy, the only thing fresh was the bread. Also, the chips no longer have the “special” ingredient on them. They are just deep fried pieces of potato. Will not be getting sandwiches from here on Friday nights any longer!!!

Their Philly's Best sub is one of the saltiest sandwiches I've ever had. Not to mention the wait to get our good was ridiculous. Far worse experience than the first time I ate here.
