The food was delicious. The basmati rice was delicately flavored. The Butter Chicken had a wonderful warm flavor. The Goat Curry was big hit. I enjoyed the Lamb Saag. The Navratan Korma was perfect, hot and spicy. The cheese garlic Naan smells glorious. I'm glad Destination India has opened in Hampton. The servers are so nice. The chefs are genius.

The food is decent, with traditional flavors, but not exceptional. A good spot for a casual Indian meal.

Butter chicken was so bad it had like a sandy crunch to it like dirt from vegetables when you don’t wash them enough. Spent 30 dollars and had to throw it out. Too bad I use to really like this place.

My husband and I visited Destination India for dinner on a Tuesday night. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, and we were seated immediately. We started with the Spinach Pakora and Onion Bhaji. I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but the dish arrived as a spinach and onion fritter, served with a variety of chutneys. Our server helpfully explained the different chutneys, which enhanced our understanding of the flavors. While it was an interesting dish, I wouldn’t order it again.

For the main course, I had the Mango Chicken, and my husband chose the Lamb Curry (medium spice), accompanied by a side of garlic naan. The food was absolutely outstanding—some of the best Indian cuisine I’ve had. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the naan was the perfect complement.

The service was attentive, and while the restaurant's ambiance was average, the incredible food more than made up for it. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and we’ll definitely be back!

The food and staff here are always amazing, we have a gluten allergy in the family and there’s peace of mind when we order here.

The bartender that is normally working is always incredibly hospitable & remembers our names. We absolutely love the palak paneer as well as the appetizer spinach pakora & onion bhaji. You can’t go wrong dining in or ordering take out, their meals are fresh and their portions are generous

I am taking my review back, will not come back here. Done.
Goat curry is so bad. For $22 this is what I get? Bland creamy sauce with a few pieces.

I recently dined at DI, and it was an incredible experience! The food was flavorful and perfectly spiced, with a great balance of traditional and unique dishes on the menu. The butter chicken, chili chicken and garlic naan were absolute standouts, and the portions were extremely generous.

Roy on the bar is super friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and special occasions.

If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Indian cuisine, I highly recommend DI. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The space is cozy with plenty of tables and a large bar area. The food is outstanding, and Roy is a great bartender. If you like it extra spicy they will make that for you, and even made my friend a dish that wasn’t on the menu. 100% recommend!
