There’s one woman that works the window and she always gives me the wrong coffee. I have to leave early in anticipation that she gives me the wrong order every day she’s working. Every time I see her I think, “oh great, the coffee is made wrong again”.
It’s 3 cream 2 mocha 2 caramel. What does she give me every time? 3 cream 1 mocha 0 caramel. Get a different job if you can’t count 2 pumps of each.

I’m usually not one to complain..but the last few times I’ve gone here for an iced latte there’s been no espresso in them..I basically paid $6 for chocolate milk..that’s a lot of money for a coffee not made correctly..and it’s not just one time it’s been multiple..I know my coffee and I also work at dunks ..I won’t be going back there again

If you order a coffee late morning/early afternoon, there is a good chance they'll serve you decaf instead of doing their job and making a new pot of regular. I ordered a REGULAR coffee a bit after 12 and watched as the gentlemen filled my cup with 100% decaf.Seriously, how hard is it to put a new filter in and press a button?

the staff members here are terrible especially the young ladies, they seem to have no clue what they are doing i don’t even understand how they got hired. they have no respect or customer service skills whatsoever. i did not have a good experience here at all the girls seem to not take their jobs seriously and tend to mock others, talk bad on customers and disrespect them too instead of being kindly greeted into the store.
A very friendly environment, the staff are really nice even if they just had a lot of people rushing to get in and get out.They usually always have my donut that I always get and my boyfriend says they make his coffee really good as well. Don't really have any complaints to be honest.
Parking: This Dunkin Donuts shares a parking lot with speedway, a gas station that's connected to Dunkin Donuts.They usually are not to bad for parking just depends on how busy they both get.

At drive up window I witnessed 3 workers standing around with folded arms instead of helping the only cook struggling to keep up with drive-through and in-store food orders. Unbelievable. On top of that, they got my order

Worst location around. Rude staff. Placed my order at the speaker.. "anything else"... no reply... super slow waiting at least 8 mins waiting to get to the window... got to the window.. coffee wasnt done.. the guy at the window didn't say anything just stood there looking at the wall till I stuck my form of payment out the window.... they never make my drinks right. I won't be going back to this location.

It’s noon, Oct 26th, I pull up to order a sourdough breakfast sandwich, I wanna switch things up and get an everything bagel instead of sourdough. Simple, right? Nope! Even after repeating my order (because they asked me to), what I got was totally not what I asked for.Instead of an apology or a quick fix, the older woman shrugged and said “you didn’t order it that way.” Seriously? ?Now, here's the kicker: this isn’t the first time! At a different spot, the owner flat-out said no to the same substitution. No signs, no warnings, just a straight-up "no." Aren’t there rules about keeping things consistent? Dunkin' franchise owners don't have complete autonomy to decide on whether or not to allow substitutions for menu items. Dunkin' has specific guidelines that franchisees must adhere to in order to maintain brand consistency and quality across all locations.If you’ve got weird rules or you can’t swap out a bagel - just tell us! No one’s got time for mystery games and messed-up orders. A little friendliness wouldn’t hurt either!

Purchased box o Joe and a box of doughnuts. They would not give me any cups which is suppose to be included with the purchase. They wanted me to pay over 50c for each cup which I refused. Could here the manager yelling at the server “no no no he is not getting cups” at which point I drove off without receiving the cups, creamer, sugar that I was supposed too.
