The slowest Dunkin's around, be prepared to wait 30 minutes for poorly put together food. Got two avocado toasts, that barely had avocado on it. People were honking at us and giving us the finger because the employees took too long. Go to a different one this place sucks.

There’s one woman that works the window and she always gives me the wrong coffee. I have to leave early in anticipation that she gives me the wrong order every day she’s working. Every time I see her I think, “oh great, the coffee is made wrong again”.
It’s 3 cream 2 mocha 2 caramel. What does she give me every time? 3 cream 1 mocha 0 caramel. Get a different job if you can’t count 2 pumps of each.
I’m usually not one to complain..but the last few times I’ve gone here for an iced latte there’s been no espresso in them..I basically paid $6 for chocolate milk..that’s a lot of money for a coffee not made correctly..and it’s not just one time it’s been multiple..I know my coffee and I also work at dunks ..I won’t be going back there again

If you order a coffee late morning/early afternoon, there is a good chance they'll serve you decaf instead of doing their job and making a new pot of regular. I ordered a REGULAR coffee a bit after 12 and watched as the gentlemen filled my cup with 100% decaf.Seriously, how hard is it to put a new filter in and press a button?

the staff members here are terrible especially the young ladies, they seem to have no clue what they are doing i don’t even understand how they got hired. they have no respect or customer service skills whatsoever. i did not have a good experience here at all the girls seem to not take their jobs seriously and tend to mock others, talk bad on customers and disrespect them too instead of being kindly greeted into the store.
