Just wanna say I put in a mobile order today 7/28/25 and I was VERY happy to see the staff was given an AC unit to work with.
I was there a few days ago and noticed the extreme heat that they were working in. Everyone was visibly uncomfortable. Glad management stepped up to support the staff.
I recognize some of the employees as I go inside often, so it was difficult seeing all of them struggle. Shoutout to the Ashleigh Drive team!

The ice tea I got had a minty taste to it. They remade it but still tasted like mint I don't know how hard it can be to say hey we can make a fresh batch but they didn't they didn't offer a refund lately I have been avoiding dunkins for the non quality control they have and this was the last time I'll waste the money.

Staff was super nice but I have to say in super disappointed that I found hair in my food after getting almost half done with my sandwich. Really gross thing to find and I ended up throwing out the rest of my meal

I was going to go to Starbucks to try something from their Christmas menu today but I had such a bad experience there last time from several employees that in a split second I decided I would go to Dunkin instead. I tried the Signature Cookie Latte and was met with a very pleasant employee at the drive through window. She asked me how I was doing and it felt very intentional which I appreciated. They were fast and the gentleman who gave me my drink made sure I had a straw and also said, ‘’Have a great day!’’ It’s really the simple things like this that show me whoever is managing and hiring at this location is aware how important customer service skills are. The employees are pleasant and generally happy, which is RARE to find at many establishments these days. This experience alone will make me come back again to this location. Not to mention the drink was delicious and very well made!!! Well done, Dunks!! 10/10!

I sadly did not look at the workers name tag. I came in late morning on 8/19/24. And I have to say it was the best service I have received at a dunkins. I was pleasantly surprised and walked out feeling good about my experience. The man who was on cashier was warm, welcoming, smiled, and happily helped me when I added on my kcups last minute. He reached over and re-set the card machine for me before I even turned around.
I find a lot of dunkins workers don’t typically have much expression, they simply take your order. This worker was engaging and pleasant!
I want to return just because of the staff. Thank you!
