The ice tea I got had a minty taste to it. They remade it but still tasted like mint I don't know how hard it can be to say hey we can make a fresh batch but they didn't they didn't offer a refund lately I have been avoiding dunkins for the non quality control they have and this was the last time I'll waste the money.

Staff was super nice but I have to say in super disappointed that I found hair in my food after getting almost half done with my sandwich. Really gross thing to find and I ended up throwing out the rest of my meal

I was going to go to Starbucks to try something from their Christmas menu today but I had such a bad experience there last time from several employees that in a split second I decided I would go to Dunkin instead. I tried the Signature Cookie Latte and was met with a very pleasant employee at the drive through window. She asked me how I was doing and it felt very intentional which I appreciated. They were fast and the gentleman who gave me my drink made sure I had a straw and also said, ‘’Have a great day!’’ It’s really the simple things like this that show me whoever is managing and hiring at this location is aware how important customer service skills are. The employees are pleasant and generally happy, which is RARE to find at many establishments these days. This experience alone will make me come back again to this location. Not to mention the drink was delicious and very well made!!! Well done, Dunks!! 10/10!

I sadly did not look at the workers name tag. I came in late morning on 8/19/24. And I have to say it was the best service I have received at a dunkins. I was pleasantly surprised and walked out feeling good about my experience. The man who was on cashier was warm, welcoming, smiled, and happily helped me when I added on my kcups last minute. He reached over and re-set the card machine for me before I even turned around.
I find a lot of dunkins workers don’t typically have much expression, they simply take your order. This worker was engaging and pleasant!
I want to return just because of the staff. Thank you!

Never been here a single time when the lobby was actually open, especially in the middle of the day. Locked and closed down every single time. Got kicked out the moment I sat down today because "we only have 3 employees." This has to be the single worst Dunkin location in the area. None of the others are ever consistently this bad.

I ordered a butter pecan ice coffee, medium, black, with two croissant breakfast sandwiches, one for me and one for my son. The order taker, who was very pleasant, repeated the order back to me, which I confirmed. The wait wasn't long, and before long, I received my coffee and sandwich order. There was one sandwich, and my coffee had sugar in it (bleck, it was kinda gross and an expensive mistake on my part, I wish that I had checked), if you go here, Check your order, they are super nice, but they are in a RUSH!!! ZOOM, ZOOM, ZOOM!!!

I'm always amazed at how awesome each Dunkin Donuts is. They are owned separately but each franchise has a great atmosphere to it. I'm a fan of Dunkin obviously for the coffee. It for the experience as well. Thank you Dunkin! ??
