I have to be honest, the two gentlemen working there at 4:45 on a Thursday should not be working in the service industry. I ordered a colada as one would on a 95° day and they handed me a white beverage with ice cubes in it (essentially like I got an iced drink). I nicely asked if it was a colada because it had ice in it as coladas (are a frozen beverage), and he rolled his eyes, walked away, blended it for about two seconds, and then the other person who returned the drink, couldn’t have been more rude. He aggressively handed it to me. I said thank you, he scarfed at me and I’m just disappointed in this Dunkin. I go there constantly cause it’s right near my work and it’s just upsetting to see that.

I toggle between Dunks. Somedays I use this store location. Mike is always on top of things and gets the orders right. He definitely hustles far more than the other guys. The week morning crew is very understaffed for the amount of customer and foot traffic which comes into that location. I gave Three Stars for atmosphere bc it always seems to be chaotic with a lot of customers standing around waiting for their orders. Five Stars for Mike.

I would strongly advise to not go to this Dunkin’s in the morning, they cannot get orders correct, or even close to it. Afternoon staff is great though!
My visits always range from wait times but I see how busy they are and what seems to me like understaffed. I just want the employee Mike to know I see him working hard and appreciate him getting my order quick when I was gunna be late for work. I see what your doing back there so thank you again and I hope you see this

Every time I come here which is almost every day, my order is wrong . It isn’t a hard order , usually a coffee, apple juice and donut . I don’t understand what is so hard about doing ur job and making sure the order is correct. I pay money to have what I ordered the right way . I won’t be coming here for awhile
