I was so disappointed at the customer service of the NH location. Have enjoyed going there in the past but they really could care less about making customers happy it is all about making money now.

Went with friends for Sunday brunch and it was a great experience. I always enjoy their menu and drink selections. We ordered the tasting flight - blueberry lemonade, blood orange, and cranberry. Most excellent. We also got the roasted turkey sandwich and holiday eggs benedict. Everything was delicious and looking forward to going back again.

The restaurant is FREEZING cold. People eating in their coats all over the restaurant. Asked for the temp to be turned up and the manager said if she can fined the thermostat she would. She couldn't. Hence the food became cold way to fast once it was served. Prices do not reflect the value as $80 for a 8 ounce fillet with french fries and aspar. Bread $9 ??? , half glass of wine $16 crazy. Not again with these prices and a frigid dining experience. TOO BAD nice place but there is another place down the road that's warm, gas fireplaces and just delicious. See ya LaBelle

Our Attendant Anne P was amazing. She was warm without being overbearing and was very attentive. It was our first time at Americus but it will not be our last because of Anne.

Americus has a menu full of delicious food choices. I loved the feel of the diing room, and the bar is beautiful. My dinner was flavorful and went well with the wine. My spiced pear wine is balanced and flavorful. I would go back!

Americus was a very good experience. The restaurant was clean, spacious and appropriate for the winery. The grounds were decorated for the holidays. Our meal and wine pairs were nearly perfect. When we place our meal orders our waiter told us certain vegetables had run out but substituted others cause one of our guests to change his order. When the meals arrived those same side vegetables appeared on one of the plates. We pointed this out to our waiter. He apologized but did not offer to bring a side dish for the table. Overall a great experience and would suggest this to anyone visiting Derry.

Wasn't the best experience. Waited about 20 minutes before anyone came to our table for drinks, Kitchen was out of many key items (burgers, steaks, mushrooms) and tap beer system was not working. We unfortunately weren't told any of this until we sat down.

Server extremely slow returning to table, conversing about his personal life at other tables and had to get up and ask him for the check. Food quality was mediocre and overpriced. Could have gone to high end steakhouse in Boston for same $.

Loud, overpriced and unpalatable wine options. Can someone do something about the crying babies and children running around??? It was not the ambience I would like when trying to enjoy a very overpriced $115 steak.

Waitress was friendly but service took a lot longer than anticipated...we didn't give our food orders until at least 45 minutes after we were seated and had to wait a long time for it to come out. We have a toddler so waiting an hour and a half to get his food is not optimal.
