We love Americus. We had the mushroom toast. Good, but very awkward to eat. A large piece of toast cutting in a bowl. Consider cutting toast before topping or toasting smaller pieces. I had the shrimp scampi. It was amazing! Perfect level of garlic and wine. I usually hate tail on shrimp, but it was so tasty I didn't mind. My guy had the pork tenderloin from the autumn menu. His plate was clean.

We had a wonderful dining experience. Brooke, our server was superior and timed our food out perfectly. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely wonderful! Our entire meal from appetizer to salad to main course to dessert was top notch. Our server, Taylor, was knowledgeable and made sure we had what we needed. Can't wait to go back!

Brought my father-in-law from Sweden to visit. He said the food was sooo good. Liz was very attentive and timely. My FIL said, quote: “Now that is good service. I don't even have to ask to have my water refilled.” Mushroom toast was bomb. Lamac pizzas and poke bowl were bomb. Well done Americus staff. ??

The service and atmosphere are impeccable! We went for our anniversary and would be back for another visit because of the elevated quality food. Our favorite were the French onion soup and the mushroom pizza!!

Food was delicious! Our server was amazing! He was awesome at suggesting and recommending items when we asked questions. We sat in the patio which was beautiful. Only downside was there were a lot of flies that also wanted to join us, but that happens when you are outdoors.

We had a wonderful experience at Americus. We had an early reservation (5:15) so we were seated promptly. The server was very friendly and set up up with water and bread rightaway. We ordered three appetizers and they were delicious. The Braised Octapus was tender and flavorful. The Ginger Yogurt was tasty. we also had the Autumn Mushroom Toast. It was deliciouswith plenty of mushroom. The Glaced Pork Belly was crispy but not over done. For our entree, we both had the Seared Duck Breast. The duck was well cooked - just the right temperature and the fat well rendered. I would definately go back.

We were very disappointed with our experience. The service was so slow. We were one of three tables outside and it look over an hour for our food to come out, missing sauce and cold. We didn't sent it back because we had already been there for so long we just wanted to eat and leave. We were seated at 5:30 and left around 8:00. Keep in mind we decided to skip desert and asked for the check when our entrees finally arrived. We sat with empty wine glasses and we're never asked if we'd like more wine. I spoke to the manager about our poor experience. He was polite and offered us free mini golf but we most likely won't be returning. We do love the wine but we'll stick to the Amherst location from now on for better service/experience.

Service and food was great. Place was busy for a Friday night, but staff from the hosts and servers all the way to management seemed unbothered and drinks and food came out very quickly. My prime rib was perfectly cooked, and luckily i was able to get the last one, so if you plan on getting Prime Rib on Fridays make sure you come in early! Was extremely impressed, keep it up Americus!

We love Labelle and it's our "go to" restaurant for adult nights out and special occasions. Usually, they hit it out of the park. Unfortunately, they were having an off night. We sat outside for the first time, and we were ok with taking the meal slowly. However, the service was much slower than we expected. Our server was very friendly and thorough, and admitted that they were backed up in the kitchen. The drink I ordered (a rosemary tonic) was bland and I actually couldn't taste the rosemary even though it was garnished with a pretty rosemary sprig. The cheese plate we ordered was delicious as always, although I do like the "spring" accoutrements (fennel jam) better than the fall (cinnamon applesauce?) but that's a minor point and just my preference. The cheese, nuts, and honey were all good. They used to have a better variety of crackers, but again, minor point. The oyster appetizer was, as usual, delicious and fresh. It took about an hour before our meals came out, and when they did my husbands Mac and Cheese was rather bland. The mussels I ordered were quite flavorful but a little bit sandy, which definitely made them less palatable. Again, this restaurant is generally our favorite and we will surely give them another try, but it wasn't their night.

Me and my guest had ordered the baked macaroni and cheese and Cod-The baked macaroni and cheese was not baked at all- it lacked pasta & had more sausage than pasta, cheese sauce was not very flavorful.I If you're going to say it's baked macaroni and cheese then it should Baked macaroni and cheese, and not just some small portion of pasta thrown into a bowl with a cheese sauce thrown on it and an over abundance of sausage. The cod was on the dry side & and when asked to the waitress to explain what was in the dish when it came to the table, it was not what was portrayed by the waitress? For this being my first time going there, I will have to say I probably won't go back as the food was not very good.

Great food, drinks and service! We have been here a few times in the past and it was just ok, we have been reluctant to come back. We tried again since it is so close to where we live and we are glad we did. I'm not sure if they changed their food and drink menu from a yesr or so ago or what, but everything this time was delicious. The food menu is better, the drink menu is much better (love the craft cocktail type of drinks instead of the boring usual stuff). I ate the braised short ribs and my husband got the cod. Both were fantastic! We also got the s'mores cookie dessert that was to die for. Do not take this off the menu!!

Restaurant is beautiful but the service and food were not as expected. Our waitress was a bit inexperienced, talking over guests to take other guests order, as opposed to walking around the table. Myself and another guest ordered prime rib, both over cooked and the potato's cold. Was told the kitchen was out of potato's and would take ours back to heat up, we declined. No other side options were offered at that time. Appetizers were bland, cheese fondu platter was skimpy and odd, however the grapes and potato's were very good. We were really looking forward to a great dinner but it just fell short. At this price point the food should have been spot on. Extremely disappointed.

Food is eclectic and very good and the atmosphere is beautiful. Our waitress was one of the best I've ever had. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because their cosmos need some work. Had to send mine back both times I've ordered it there, as did my friend. Not sure what your mixer is but you need to use fresh lime juice instead and less Cointreau I think. Drink wasn't light and refreshing but rather almost thick with some sort of syrup. Having said that, the espresso martini I ordered to replace the cosmo was excellent.

Very disappointed in their customer service last night at the Dueling Piano show. We had never been to Labelle before and decided to check it out. Made reservations at their restaurant. Bread and wine butter was delicious 🤤 food was just ok… ribeye wasn’t a great cut. After having dinner and drinks we were shown through the door to the events room where when we tried to order the same drinks we had been drinking off their own drink menu, we were told those weren’t available. We could only order the Labelle Margaritas. Then we tried to walk next door to the bar area to order our drinks and again, were told we couldn’t. So we got stuck drinking nasty margaritas during the show. The show was entertaining - wish the tables would’ve been set up more cocktail style instead of a wedding event. Our biggest disappointment was more towards the end of the show we went to get one last drink and they had already closed the bar… no announcement, no warning… when I went and found the ladies running the event - they basically laughed in my face when I told them how disappointed I was that there wasn’t an announcement made and we couldn’t get another drink - so we left and probably will never return for another event there again and won’t recommend it to anyone else. We will continue to stick with Tupelo who are always pleasant and announce last call and have better seating arrangements.
