Still make decent food, it took a little dive but not terrible but they cost more now and they feel more skimpy now they ever. It's too bad. The eggs are smaller, the bacon isn't thick it seems like pre packaged bacon so not thick cut, the toast is the same, the french toast is pretty bad. The homefries are smaller cut now, pancakes are smaller. It seems like doing take out is a lot lesser than going in but everything seems generally smaller. Shrinkflation
They don't give you jelly and jam or butter anymore for your takeout just the cheapest flimsy forks available and ketchup.
They used to be one of the best in the area and most inexpensive around. Now you can't leave without spending $18-19 for a double egg and pancake/frenchtoast meal. This has happened at least 3 times as well throughout the past 6 months. The pancakes are tiny maybe the same but not sure now, as far as the quality of food goes-
The French toast is just bread thrown on some eggs where it doesn't feel like actual dipped French toast. Also they don't have an option for their more premium texas French toast and cinnamon for any meals except on its own. Who goes in just to get 2 slices of French toast?
I get that prices went up but if they are going to skimp you a bit, prices shouldn't go up that drastically. I won't lie going here for 10 years to see this kind of go down in quality kinda stinks. Just bummer to see.

A wonderful location that has been serving Derry for ages. Been going there since I was only a kid, and the quality has remained the same throughout. Some of the staff has been there for decades, which is a testament that how well run it is. Would highly recommend getting brunch here whenever you're around!
My girlfriend received the wrong omelet. Bathrooms were dirty and so wasn’t the diner. Unsure about the cleanliness of the kitchen..

Recently moved to Derry so this was our first time at this diner. We went there for breakfast. I gotta say that every aspect was a positive experience. From when you walk in, you see the 50s theme is tastefully done, from the decor to the servers' attire. The menu has a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items to suit any mood your mouth is in. Our server was Dre. Probably one of the best servers I have had in a restaurant in a long time. She was professional and friendly with a great attitude. Most of all she was very attentive and it seemed like she instinctively knew the right amount of times to check in on our table. Not too much and not too little. She hustled and was on her game. My vote for employee of the month The food arrived in the perfect amount of time. All dishes in our party of 5 got a thumbs up. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. We never felt rushed. This place is definitely a well oiled machine. We will be back most definately.
Gabby is the best waitress ! Very friendly and visited often to see if we had all we needed! I wish all could treat customers as well!
