Messy Mike's Barbecue and Catering

My boyfriend and I stopped here this afternoon and we were lucky enough to snag the last rack of chipotle raspberry ribs. Thank goodness we did too because those were the BEST ribs we've ever had hands down! Sweet, heat, fall off the bone... You seriously can't ask for more!!!

Messy Mike’s BBQ & Catering never disappoints. Donald and his crew are absolutely crushing it the food comes out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor every time. The brisket has that perfect smoky bark, the pulled pork is tender and juicy, and the ribs are loaded with flavor.

The sides are just as impressive the beans, slaw, and cornbread are all made with the same level of care as the meats. Portions are generous, service is always friendly, and you can tell they truly care about what they’re serving.

Whether you’re stopping in for a meal or need catering for a bigger event, Donald and his team deliver every single time. One of the best BBQ spots around, hands down.

AMAZING meats and fantastic communication for catering a small event!! My large family was in town for my nephew's wedding and I hosted a dinner at my rental house. Messy Mike's provided brisket and tray of pulled pork. They even offered to use a gluten free rub if needed since it was a catered order.

They left the brisket whole and wrapped it for reheating since it was picked up the day before the dinner. They thoughtfully added the directions on the lid for reheating and carving the brisket!! My family RAVED about the meats (especially the brisket). They were juicy and delicious! Donnie and Brianna provided GREAT customer service! I highly recommend them for catering services or just a great take-out meal! You won't be disappointed!

If you are looking for authentic Southern BBQ and want the best of the best I highly recommend stopping at Messy Mike's BBQ. We used their catering services for our son's 18th birthday party. The food and service were top-notch! We got the following: 1x mac and cheese tray, x2 cornbread trays, x2 Pulled Pork trays, x2 Pulled Chicken trays, and x2 Brisket trays. We also ordered the Blue Hogg Original & Champion Blend sauces as well as the Alabama White Sauce. All of them were amazing. Shout-out to Brianna who made this process easy! All of the food tasted out of this world! High quality meat and the art of smoking. Amazing job 👏

I really don’t come to Messy Mike’s enough living so close. That will change! I had their food at a birthday party a couple weeks ago and had been drooling over it ever since. The meats and sides are fresh and flavorful. Portions are huge! I called for a last minute catering order this past weekend. They not only filled it, but the food was hot and delicious upon arrival, and they were so kind and accommodating. The best customer service, which I really appreciate.

First time using this company at recommendation of another vendor. Where do I begin? I ordered 2 months ago, paid my bill last week, and on Saturday I waited and no food at my scheduled time. I called and was told the order was supposed to be picked up. I immediately went into panic mode because I had 48 people in my yard waiting on the food. I never got a chance to utter a word, because the owner said 'I'll figure it out.' He drove to my house with the food piping hot and was at my home within 30 minutes. The owner given my mistake, was more than gracious and he didn't have to be. I was totally to blame for the mistake and he went out of his way on what I can imagine was his busiest time to bring our food personally. Every single thing was Perfect!! I mean the best and most flavorful food. The brisket was seasoned perfectly, pulled pork was so tender and juicy. potato salad, coleslaw slaw that was sooo fresh and the baked beans that everyone keeps talking about. let's not forget the cornbread!!. I was truly so happy with the way my mistake was handled and the menu was incredible. Best and easiest Bbq ever for me. They provided the delicious food and I could enjoy my guests. Highly highly recommend for their food, but the professionalism shown speaks volumes!! well done Messy Mikes!!!

What a phenomenal set of ribs! This place is a treasure. We also tried the cornbread and pickles which were excellent.

Wooooooow! Just left Messy Mike’s and was by far the best BBQ that I’ve ever had (and we’ve visited a lot in the area).

We had the brisket sandwich, pulled pork, pickles, cornbread, Mac & cheese and beans.. everything was FANTASTIC!

The brisket is the best food I've ever had in my life! Wish I could have it for every meal! Pulled pork was so good and smokey and the mac and cheese was yummy with a little spice! Didn't try anything else but can't wait to go back!!

Excellent BBQ, and the best brisket I have ever had! We went around 12:30 on a Friday, and they were already out of the ribs. Go early since they sell out fast!
