Unprofessional rude manager! She stated “sometimes that happens” when I called about the hair in our food and the lettuce in the salads being brown and wilted. She did offer to remake the food however I declined as we had already wasted our lunch break. She wanted pictures of the hair etc.. which is understandable but when I pointed out the rude customer service at pick up she became highly upset as it was herself. Not worth the hassle. Save your money don’t go here. Disgusting.

Pizza is always fantastic. The Vodka Roni Sicilian is ridiculously good. Stopped for lunch today and got the chopped Italian sub and it was so overloaded they serve it with a fork! Absolutely delicious. Been a regular here for a couple of years now and they always kill it.

I placed an order via telephone, I was given a 30 minute pick up time. When I arrived to pick up my chicken parm there was approx. 15 customers standing around waiting for their orders. It was chaos. When I went to the cashier to pay I was told my order wasn't even started and would be at least another 20-30 minutes. I couldn't wait so I was refunded my money.

Robot phone service messes up your order every time. Steak bomb somehow turns into steak tip Caesar. Italian sub toasted meats turns into bread with only meats, nothing else. Such a shame because the food is good when done right, I’m willing to update my review once they get back to reality. Despite one popular TikTok video, the place is not famous enough to need a robot phone service.
Employees there are super nice (and also frustrated with this service) and fixed the issue. This whole review is for the owner. You’re paying employees to be there anyway, have them pick up the phone.

Granddaughter called in a (chicken) SALAD order..told 25 min. We pulled in 30 min later .was told 3 more min. Waited 20 min b4 it was ready...so all in all close to an hour 4 a Salad to go, no apologies no explanations.
Excellent food right off 93 in New Hampshire! Had great pizza and fantastic subs, my favorite was the crispy chicken Caesar sub.

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 4:00pm was delivered at 3:10pm and all they could say was that’s when the driver showed up. Pizza was cold and terrible. Won’t ever order from there again.

Excellent and can’t believe it took me this long to try it and now were hooked I did have a similar issue with a slighty well done pizza but now I understand so when i order i ask for a little less only because we like to reheat it up in our air fryer BEST PIZZA IN TOWN AND PRICES ARE GREAT !
