Apparently it takes 40 minutes to make a turkey sandwich. Every time I go to a Panera I think it can’t get worse, and then it does. Back to the boycott.

The manager who insists I use they/them pronouns suck. I saw them smoke something behind the trash can out in the back, and seem to be being rude to customers on the drive thru. Instead of managing their employees they seem to be attacking the customers with the employees. The place us awful and always smells of burnt bread which makes me avoid going inside…

We've eaten here a few times and this is one of the better Paneras around! Same food, prepared with more care and very helpful and kind staff. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area and in the mood for Panera Bread.

I have always had fast, friendly service at the Derry location. Fabiola, the general manager, is so kind and positive. She went above and beyond to assist me with a not very nice experience I had with the rude manager in Salem yesterday. If only everyone could be more like Fabiola. Thank you for caring and doing an amazing job, all with a big smile. I hope the company realizes what a true gem you are. I appreciate you. Thank you!

The quality of food has really gone downhill. I got the strawberry poppy summer salad add feta . Paid over $17 . When I got home I was basically eating a bowl of iceberg lettuce. Hardly any fruit, chicken or feta. Maybe the lack of chicken was a good thing - it was rubbery and gross

After being disappointed with the salads at another nearby restaurant, I decided to try a salad at Panera Bread. Here, I found a variety of salads to choose from. In addition, I can customize the salad by adding and subtracting certain ingredients. The salads are generous in size and consistent in quality, and their website makes it easy to place an online order to go. Almost always, the order is ready for pickup at the desired time. Occasionally, they might be running a few minutes late. When they are, I receive an email alert. For the last five months, I have been ordering takeout salads from Panera Bread. I'm very satisfied with their salads and their service.

Lauren was extremely helpful and kind. I was having a bad day and her smile and friendliness made my day! Not to mention the food was delicious as always when I come here. If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would!

Dietary restrictions: They have very strict policies on dietary restrictions and allergies that assure confidence in the food.

Decent food but grossly overpriced, may as well go to a conventional diner for the cost. This place is also fully incapable of serving people on lunch breaks, as the turn around for food delivery often takes 20-25 minutes

Not Here

Probably the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. Every order no matter how I order takes 30 minutes.

I signed up for their rewards to get $5 off my first order. Order di not go through. Tried to re-order but the $5 off not longer applied. Called the store and they would not honor it.. how do I cancel my rewards program?
