After being disappointed with the salads at another nearby restaurant, I decided to try a salad at Panera Bread. Here, I found a variety of salads to choose from. In addition, I can customize the salad by adding and subtracting certain ingredients. The salads are generous in size and consistent in quality, and their website makes it easy to place an online order to go. Almost always, the order is ready for pickup at the desired time. Occasionally, they might be running a few minutes late. When they are, I receive an email alert. For the last five months, I have been ordering takeout salads from Panera Bread. I'm very satisfied with their salads and their service.

Lauren was extremely helpful and kind. I was having a bad day and her smile and friendliness made my day! Not to mention the food was delicious as always when I come here. If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would!

Decent food but grossly overpriced, may as well go to a conventional diner for the cost. This place is also fully incapable of serving people on lunch breaks, as the turn around for food delivery often takes 20-25 minutes

I signed up for their rewards to get $5 off my first order. Order di not go through. Tried to re-order but the $5 off not longer applied. Called the store and they would not honor it.. how do I cancel my rewards program?

They forgot one of the muffins, were forever on soup, and my salad was wilted, kinda gross to be honest.

Unfortunately the Staff is absolutely Rude as Can be. They make the experience so Unpleasant. The women NEVER smile. Absolutely NO MANNERS WHAT SO EVER. Their communication skills are are that of an angry step mother who is not happy in her life. I'm not in your home, I'm at a restaurant & when you take your bad attitude to work. You ruin the experience of the customer. If you don't like your job. Don't be there. No one needs to Be nice to someone to have a Cold, Unpleasant attitude Given in return. It's Not a Good Look for Panera & I personally would be ashamed & Embarrassed if I treated people the way they do at Panera. It's too bad that people think they have the right to act the way they do. Treat people the way you would like to be treated. Or Just Quit. No one needs that level of arrogance given to them
