Very busy Starbucks, but they are always welcoming and courteous. The drive-thru is always faster, compared to other Starbucks I have visited. The food is always šŸ‘Œ good.

I got a cold brew and 2 food items, which totaled almost $15. My coffee was only half filled! I was in the drive through and I tried to hand the coffee back to the lady to fix and I said ā€œthis doesn’t look right, it’s half emptyā€. She just stared and smiled at me but didn’t say anything… there was a line forming behind me in the drive through and I wasn’t sure what else to say since she didn’t say anything. But I shouldn’t be given a half empty coffee for the price I paid. Will never go here again.

This Starbucks could use a training in customer service skills. I came by almost a week ago and saw that the drive through was closed (technical difficulties, I get it). I went inside because I had the time but what I noticed was each employee was visibly grumpy. Each customer that approached an employee to order or make sure their drink was correct was met with visibly irritated employees, like it was a huge inconvenience that any of us were even there. The young woman taking orders at the cashier was visibly annoyed and didn’t say anything to me. She didn’t take my name either so I had no idea which order was mine in the slew of drinks and food on the counter. I didn’t want to take someone else’s drink or food so I had to verify before I grabbed each one. I don’t know what the employees of this store went through that morning to make them all look like the grinch but no customer deserves such an unpleasant experience just to simply order a coffee.

I came back to this Starbucks today on my lunch break and saw that the drive through was still closed (or it broke again) and for a split second I thought, ā€˜ā€™Oh, well I’ll just go inside’’ and then I remembered how they all were last time and I didn’t need a Starbucks employee to ruin my lunch today so I went down the street to Dunkin and had a much better experience there. Will not be returning to this location again.

Walked in and they had all of their perishable dairy products sitting on the counter. I gave them the benefit of the doubt hoping they hadn’t been out long and since I have always ordered from here. I definitely have food poisoning from the milks being left out. Will not be coming back.

Worst coffee ever, spent $7 for an expired milk water down coffee. AND they added whipped cream when I didn’t want it. Had to brush my teeth for ten minutes and had to use mouth wash four times just to get the taste out of my mouth. Worst coffee, worst experience, and really really weird workers.
