RUDE baristas. HORRIBLE customer service. Waited 5 minutes. Was never spoken to nor acknowledged. Another guest in line complained and the barista said "3 people working. I don't know what you want me to do." I walked out. It's been over 10 years since I've been in a Starbucks, now I know why. I will never step foot in one again

So i came here last monday around 5 pm for the first time and to be honest im not really a big fan of coffee but this kind mexican looking gentleman with buzzed hair made me the best coffee i had in a while. Only thing i could complain about is that the coffee was $36 but i did add a lot of things i had a sugar rush after. But i do recommend this place if you can afford it like me ?

Went to this location because the one I usually go to closes earlier than this one. Got there 15 minutes before closing, stood at the front with my kids for 6 minutes without any acknowledgment from the 2 guys walking back and forth or from the girl counting her tips directly in front of us. No smile, hello, be right with you, pretty much pretended we weren’t there. Then after making us stand there for an uncomfortably long amount of time she tells my 10 year old what can I get you. I tried to order hot chocolate, and she said they already cleaned everything, we can only get refreshers or cold brew. So instead of informing us of this right as we walked in, or even before we ordered, she made us wait... for what???? Is cleaning everything before closing something normally done here? Don’t want to waste my time coming back for horrible service just to be told they closed early. Have never experienced such horrible customer service from any other business. I came here once before during the day and it was fine, but these employees working tonight don’t seem to care.

Best Starbucks around. I have one near my house but I will drive to the Derry location because there's only one drink I get, just like it is on the menu at all locations and they are the only place around that gets it right. Worth the drive. Everyone there is so kind and happy. Makes for a great day visiting there with your perfect drink. Thank you!!!
