This is the second time I went here and the same girl is there. Both times she seemed like she didn't want to work. She cut my sub so much, I had a hard time eating them. The second time, she hardly put chicken on it. It was more veggies then chicken. I saw maybe 5 pieces of chicken. I got a sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub. If you don't want to work or be there, then leave. My second time coming while she was there was 11/25/24 around 4:30pm.

My friend had ordered through the app and had ordered a sub. When it was delivered they did not make a sub and instead made a salad with bread on the side. The salad had dressings on it that my friend did not order and since they have a severe tree nut allergy could not eat it since the dressing sauce was unknown. No one picked up their phone when my friend tried calling and when I tried calling no one picked up either. With all the other one star reviews this doesn’t surprise me but nonetheless disappointed in the carelessness of the workers as well as the lack of consequences that these employees face for consistently failing. Unfortunately though it seems that the management there is to blame since no actions seems to have taken place.

They completely messed up my order today. It was either missing ingredients or had too many ingredients. It was so messy with way too much mayonaise placed on top of the sandwich. Will never order from this store again. Never received a receipt so the Contact Us is useless because it's needed, not worth calling them because they don't answer either.... I guess that's what you get for BOGO....

Not sure what's going on...but place has made a huge change for the better! Usually I dont like subway but my kids do (and we had some good coupons). We went for lunch a few days ago and the place was spotless and staffed properly. All the vegetables were fresh and nothing was wilted or almost expired. Great lunch we'll be going back again. BTW got the Chipotle steak n cheese was ?
