Apparently management can’t tell their staff so I’ll let them know;When the store opens at 7am that does not mean you arrive at 7am. You should be arriving at least 10 minutes early to start up the menu, the computers/registers, get the music going, fill the waters, blenders, stock fridges, supplies whatever. So that the doors are ready to be opened and you are PREPARED for your first customer at 7am. That’s professional customer service and shows initiative and interest in the job.

I enjoy the teas and ambience. I got teas previously but got to check out the inside today. Many nurses drink them at work, They even donated teas when we were on a Covid unit at one point. I don't mind Herbalife product being used. It's up to an individual to drink this style tea here and that's what I choose- and they are fun and taste good. The shakes are good but definitely have a protein after taste but I like the 3+ flavors I have tasted. So if you are like me you will go whenever you are in the area :) Staff was super nice also.

Customer service was excellent. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. Price point is on the high side. If you are looking for a healthier meal replacement shake, then this is for you.

Ordered a butterball shake with an added antioxidant shot and it was delicious! The server was very friendly and helpful explaining menu items to help me make my choice. Love that I could get an additional nutritional boost added and it was still so yummy! I also noticed they had gluten free and dairy free items on the menu which are great to see.

Love this place! I stop every morning and get my rocket pop tea and it gets me thru the mornings at work. The staff is always so friendly. Can't say enough great things about this place!!
