Trust me when I say the pizza tastes as good as it looks. The chicken tenders are the size of cutlets and breaded to perfection. Be careful if you order the pepperoni pizza it’s delicious and covered in pepperoni but the first time we ordered it came loaded with garlic. Found out that you can order it with garlic sauce or regular marinara.

Occasionally have been coming here for a few years, food is really tasty but pickup is such a hassle. Every time you order pickup it's always +20 minutes. Always. 40 minute wait turns into 1 hour. If you like to wait for your food this is a good spot, but there's other pizza joints I'd rather go and not have to wait extra time for.

Out of state visiting for graduation and happened upon this little gem. The vibes of the cozy little interior are incredible. The food was some of the best we've had in a long time. We wish we could be closer to come back, highly recommend. The wings are crispy and there are many sauces to choose from. The pizza is easily customizable and phenomenal. The drinks are wonderful.

This place was phenomenal. The service was top notch. Victoria made sure everything was beautiful. The pizza was amazing. The wings had mad flavor and the salad was good too. Highly recommended. If I lived locally, I'd eat here regularly.
We just tried Ricochet for the first time and brought our 2 year old since she loves pizza. The place is beautifully decorated. I mostly am writing this review to put the spotlight on one specific waitress, Victoria. She was so kind, attentive, and so so so sweet with our 2 year old. The wait for our pizzas was longer than normal and she gave us two free apps and made sure to keep our toddler entertained while we waited. The pizza was also very delicious as were the mozzarella sticks and bruschetta.

Saturday @ 5:50pm. Sat at table for two at the window and it was very cold. 6:05 … still no server though we had the server walk by us a few times. Went to the counter and asked for a server. Server came over and we ordered the CTR and 2 Pacificos. Beer came with no glass so had to ask and asked for waters. Glasses came but only one water. Got complimentary bruschetta which was more like tomato and cheese on Melba toast. 6:30… server came by and informed us that she had thrown away our ticket with some napkins. She said she would expedite the pizza. Ordered another beer. Offered us a free round of beer at 6:50. Pizza arrived @7pm. Pizza had way too much bacon and not enough cheese. Bacon overpowered the taste of the chicken ranch. Bill came at 7:20…. Wrong bill. Probably won’t be back.

The Ricochet is easily one of the best local spots around! Their pizza tastes incredibly fresh — you can tell they use quality ingredients, and you don’t leave feeling heavy or greasy. The onion rings are the best I’ve ever had, very crispy and full of flavor. On top of that, the staff is one of the hardest-working teams I’ve seen in years. Everyone’s friendly, fast, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I highly recommend this place, whether you’re local or visiting!

I am so disappointed to be writing this review. Ricochet is one of our favorite pizza places, we go here often get take out frequently, take out of town guests here, but our last 2 experiences were TERRIBLE. Last week I went with my husband, sister and 2 kids on a Friday at 4. There was only 2 other tables filled when we arrived, we placed our order and waited over and hour before ultimately walking out. They did try to make it better by chasing us down in the parking lot, and giving us a gift card. This week Halloween, I called and placed an order now for takeout. I called at noon for a 3:30 pick-up, did my diligence to help them out, my husband got there early, they hadn't even started the order. My husband waited an hour for the pizza before he even got it. He asked to speak to someone as this is now our second bad experience and the manager was speaking to him from across the kitchen to the front. Just really unprofessional. Especially after our last visit, I'm disappointed.
