Not bad, not great. Checked online when placing an order with some family, asked for a chx parm sub (that was listed on their online ordering system) and an Italian sub (that was listed on their menu on their site) but apparently when the fam went in to order, staff said their menu had changed and no longer had them. Pretty disappointed by the chx fingers that were purchased instead. Kinda dry meat and weird soft/greasy breading.
Meatball sub that someone else got looked pretty good and they said it tasted good.
Chx quesadilla tasted okay but fell apart easily and was kinda juicy so the tortilla was soggy.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. I came in, placed my order, and waited over 45 minutes and still never got a single thing except a Diet Coke. No pizza, no entrée salade btw and nothing. The staff seemed completely uninterested, there was no communication, and no apology for the outrageous wait. At a restaurant, the absolute minimum expectation is to actually receive your food. That didn’t happen here.
Save yourself the time, frustration, and disappointment go literally anywhere else. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

It was fine. I was hoping it would be better. Maybe I was there at an off time for them. I will try again. It has potential!

It took 40 mins from sit down time to get our food but worth the wait. We had the steak bomb and the El jefe which is a BBQ pizza. Everything was well made. Little heavy on the BBQ sauce though. Nice work guys. Will come back.

One of our go-to comfort food spots in Derry. We stopped in expecting solid bar-style bites, but what we got was way beyond expectations.
The pizza? Small but mighty.
We grabbed a small pie and it nailed that classic bar-style vibe — thin, crispy crust with just the right char, a tangy red sauce, and a solid cheese melt. It’s no-frills in the best possible way, delivering bold flavor and a satisfying crunch that’s perfect whether you’re sharing apps or fueling up after a long day.
The chicken fingers? On point.
Golden, juicy, and clearly not your run-of-the-mill frozen fare. These are hand-breaded and cooked just right — crispy on the outside, tender inside. Great as a meal, better with their dipping sauces.
The onion rings? A sleeper hit.
Freshly done, not greasy, with that Shack-style crunch — light batter, airy texture, and a solid bite. You can tell they’re made to order, not pulled from a freezer bag.
The vibe is relaxed and casual — the kind of place where you can kick back with friends, enjoy good eats, and feel like a regular even if it's your first visit. Staff was friendly and efficient, and everything came out hot and fast.
Final verdict:
If you're in the Derry area and haven't hit up The Ricochet yet, you're missing out. Whether you’re craving a classic slice, comfort food done right, or just a solid spot to hang, this place delivers. 🍕🔥
