I went in the store to pick up an online order, I was ignored by the staff, and when asked by another staff member if I had been helped, I informed them that I had not but I had been ignored. The manager, Chuck, was also rude, and asked me to leave as a result of my experience. Do not recommend

Ok, so I ordered their bucket of Seafood chowder along with 2 desserts... the bucket costs 22 and change. In the past, the size of this was a large, white plastic pail with enough in it for 3 or 4 people to have a bowl! I just ordered it on doordash and it arrived in a plastic container the size of a large chinese soup container... apparently they still call it a bucket, or they have reduced the size and kept the high price... i like 99, but this is a ripoff for that price...

I LOVE 99 food here. I am fussy eater & I LOVE certain things: 99's cheeseburgers, crispy Southern Fried Chicken breast with CARROTS & mashed taters & turkey dinner with stuffing, HOT! gravy & cranberry sauce (YUMMOOOO!) I have been eating in 99's since college! Food was great then & is still great! Burgers cooked to order, HOT GRAVY!!! HOT!! LIKE IN THE OLD DAYS of 99 in Downtown BOSTON, Mass. I used to work a few blocks from Boston 99, when you could throw peanut shells on the floors & butttery popcorn came (HOT!) right out of the popcorn maker!! 99 has grown up since then & so have, I. My Nuclear Power job ended long ago, but I still remember when my entire Engineering Project Team booked an entire 99 for our Holiday Party. It was so much fun, then! Great, great food then & now. I ate SINGLE today @ 99 there was a sweet waitress/server & a caring Manager on staff, and EXTRA!!! PICKLES for my wonderful cheeseburger platter! Crispy cool coleslaw & HOT crispy, French Fries, just great! Easy, cooked to order, not rushed out of 99 just a nice meal with lovely staff inside! On a side note: 99, has not had CARROTS in forever! I need carrots with my Turkey Dinner - maybe someday I'll be able to order carrots, again????

One side of the dining area (the right side of the bar always has loud obnoxious drunks). The left side is more quiet where you can relax and enjoy your meal especially for the price you end up paying in the end. I never had any issues with the quality of food or service. When you drive a construction truck for work 6 days a week, you shouldn't have to listen to or tolerate it.

Ordered curbside and from what I could tell staff seemed very nice. I got the 15$ meal deal sirloin and I guess you get what you pay for the salad and corn side was very good but the sirloin was atrocious tasted extra mushy and just no flavor seemed rather on the cooler side than warm and fresh but maybe that was just during the short drive home either way very disappointing
It's basic. Nothing extraordinary from our first visit as we just got a quick lunch. But the service was quick and friendly so will definitely come back to the spot and try some different food.

Everything was great on Father's Day. For being her third day, the waitresses did a awesome job. The food was great and hot. Delivered quickly to the table. I wished I remembered her name.

The waitress had attitude. Asked for something and it took 10 minutes or you didn't get it at all. The lettuce in the salad was brown and wilted. One of the tomatoes on my partners plate was literally rotten. My chicken sandwich was bland at best and over cooked.

I used to like this place, but now they use processed chicken, which is gross. I talked to them about it and it never changed . So I might go once or twice a year. I am very particular about my food!
