Went in today and got an assortment of cupcakes for my family. Every one was delicious! Cant wait to go back!

it's such a nice and bright place! The lemon bars are fantastic, Golden Girls cupcake was amazing, but the lemon cupcake was divine! The daisy on top was not only cute but it's delicious, the cupcake itself was moist and had just the right amount of lemon flavor. I am sure the other cupcakes were just as amazing, but I didn't get a chance to taste them. Now to the people inside, I came in on what had been one of the worst weeks of my life, and they were able to make me smile and helped me by posting a missing persons post on their personal Facebook! I cannot praise this place and people enough. I can't wait to go back and try everything else!!

I found A Southern Girl Bakery when searching for vegan cake options on the Seacoast. Ramona was great to communicate with and helped me with my order of a vegan cake for my sister's elopement. As a non-vegan, I thought the cake was delicious and do not know how she managed to pull that off without eggs or butter!! My sister, the vegan, thought it was excellent as well. I will be back for sure!

I stopped in here on a whim today looking for something sweet. The shop is beautiful and clean and the owner was so nice and kind. All of the items in the shop were reasonably priced, and there was quite a large selection. In addition to having standard cupcakes and Pastries, she had quite a selection Of both gluten-free and vegan options. I got four cupcakes and a muffin for $23 which I thought was very reasonable. The owner also gave me the wrong cupcake in my box, and instead of just swapping it out, she gave me an additional free cupcake, which was very kind of her. I ordered a salted caramel, smores, cookies and cream (v), and strawberry cupcake (v). The extra one she gave me was double chocolate. All of the cupcakes were great, the flavors were all well balanced without being too sweet. If you hadn't told me that two of the cupcakes were vegan I never would have known. The real star of the show was the banana streusel muffin I got. That might just have been the best muffin I've ever had in my entire life. It was almost like a banana monkey bread style muffin with a cinnamon roll glaze on top and I'm not kidding you I would drive 45 minutes back just to get another one of those muffins. I hope those are a permanent staple on her menu and if they aren't they should become one. The next time I'm in Dover I'll be stopping back in!

Oh my goodness! Have now had 3 outstanding experiences with ASGB! Fresh, delicious, many choices, just excellent!! The peach cobbler was the perfect blend of flavors. Their apple pie is second to none. Their bourbon pecan pie was possible the best I have ever had! And there are not enough adjectives to describe how much my family and I loved the banana pudding we got for Thanksgiving! 5/5 would recommend.

My daughter’s Harry Potter baby shower cake and cookies came out amazing!!!!!Romonia was so accommodating. Thank you for making my daughter’s day so very special ❤️Highly

I stopped in one fall afternoon while walking around Dover, NH. I have to admit it was the sign that drew my attention. Service was friendly & professional. The Mississippi mud bar was packed with flavor, nothing less than phenomenal. If you’re in New Hampshire, you should definitely give this bakery a visit.

I cannot say any more positive things about this bakery then I already have, their customer service is not only incredible but kind and comforting. I had the pleasure of coming across them at the reggae festival in Portsmouth this year, after devouring a few of their amazing items… I wanted more but I’m a bit of a drive away. They were kind enough to ship me my favorite items, I can’t wait to have the opportunity to visit them in person. Thank you so much, please give them a try, you won’t regret it!
