Service was great. Several times I've been there and had to send something back. Once was a riblets plate with honey barbecue sauce. A side salad was ordered. Instead got a riblet plate with spicy hot barbecue sauce and fries. I ordered steak and had to send it back repeatedly because it was rare instead of medium, then well done. I gave up sending it back that night and smothered my steak with mashed potatoes... Either someone was new to the job or learned to cook properly.

I preface this review as someone whose family has gone to this location every Saturday for lunch for many years. Lena, the Saturday bartender has worked for Applebees longer than I have been alive. Exactly what you look for in a bartender. Attentive, quick, kind, bubbly and so much more. The food is always good, for a chain restaurant. However, with the new decision to take Lena off the bar, after she’s been working for so many years and the mistreatment of her, my family has decided to stop coming to the restaurant all together and I imagine many people will do the same. She is truly the face of this location. It is sad to see them take her off the bar when she is so loved. It is just not the same. I obviously don’t know the reason these people do what they do in their establishment, but it’s evident that not all employees are given the same grace as others. May management take this review into consideration and I sincerely hope Lena does not take any heat for the loss of customers they’ll surely be having because of their decision.

The management team (Mike) and Lena the bartender was attentive and made the experience enjoyable. The drink I ordered was made to perfection and the food service was prompt and warm. The manager brought the food out because the bartender was busy making drinks for other people. I enjoyed how they worked together. I will definitely be returning soon.
Lena is one of the best bartender’s/servers ever! She’s very accommodating and empathetic to our needs.

My girlfriend and I were in town visiting from New York City for a wedding. We’re staying across the street, and just got in from a 5 hour drive, walked over, I had three drinks, she had two, we were cut off by management. Both of us work industry, very sad. Was even more sad management asked the bartender to deliver the news. She never even spoke to us. Off to Chili’s we go!
