Really love AJ coffee, but lately the prices have been all over the place. I get the same coffee 5-6 days a week. Depending on the employee I might pay $6.xx upwards to $9.xx. I don't change the sizes or anything. I went again this morning and they charged me a whole new price. I think I'll find another coffee avenue. I'm curious as to where the extra money is going. If AJ would like to correct this issue, I'd love to continue being a customer.

On Saturday morning I came and got a very tasteful chider, the best I ever had. I had the sweetest barista Zyla and she made my day! Saturday was the most positive experience I’ve had at this location to date. I hope to go back and get another amazing chaider made by her soon!

I got the same coffee I got 2 weeks ago at a different location as this was only my second time going to an Armoa Joe's. The coffee i receive from here was disgusting. Why pay for Starbucks prices when what's being served is hotel quality coffee?

I’ve been an Aroma Joes customer for as long as I can remember- I’ve been going to the Charles st location since it was put in. And tonight was a disaster. We went through the drive through and asked for 2 16oz iced coffees- an iced mocha and an iced perfect cloud- and a double espresso. The worker was completely clueless and couldn’t understand how/what we were ordering. I totally understand if she was new and needed some extra time/assistance. But if that was the case, she didn’t communicate that to us at all. It was just plain frustrating and took forever. She asked us multiple times to repeat and clarify our order and even had to ask another employee for help. Finally, we pay. We drive to the other side, wait 10 minutes, and are given two iced coffees. (To make matters worse, they don’t taste good) No double espresso. We say “what happened to the double espresso?” She goes “oh I’m sorry.” And that was it. She didn’t offer to make it. Nothing. I’ve never been more disappointed in a drive through coffee experience. I’m left wondering: “what was that?”

Everyone is so nice here, but for some reason today my hashbrowns tasted like cleaning products. Or something. It tasted very weird where I couldn’t finish them and I wanted to throw up

I ordered an asiago bagel with veggie cream cheese. When I got to the window, it took another ten minutes for them to give me a cold bagel with regular cream cheese. There was only one other car. I hate to nitpick but I feel like that’s a pretty simple order

I would give 0 stars if I had the option. This place has gone downhill. I had a very distressing experience at this Aroma Joe’s location. The teeny-bops working there are EXTREMELY disrespectful to customers. I drove up at 8:45, asking for hashbrowns and 2 drinks. The little lady named Xyla working at the window informed me that “the ovens shut down at 8:30” Okay. So I order the 2 drinks and pull up to the next window. While I am patiently waiting, I hear the teen girls inside talking about me, using very disrespectful language. I overhear Xyla say “You can’t be ordering that. It’s 8:54!!” Very rudely. Fast forward 3 minutes. Some other teenager with black hair and a full face of pimples hands me my drink. I gave her a little heads up and said “Hey just so you know, we can hear you talking in there” She replied “Oh okay. GOOD! GOOD!” and slammed the window. This behavior was absolutely repulsing. So, a quick tip for potential customers, do NOT come up to the window after 8pm, even if the sign says “open”. If you do, you’ll be ridiculed and gossiped about by 3 teenage girls with spider eyelashes and half a tube of concealer on their faces. And a tip for the ladies working there, all that makeup might be able to hide your ugly wrinkles and puss leaking bumps, but it CANNOT hide the ugly within. Thank you, and have the night you deserve.
