As coffee goes, they're right between a poor mass branded label and a popped collar expensive target mom brand that tastes like sugar. Aj's has a medium that's actually a medium, prices that make sense, and a bunch of flavors plane drinks that seals the deal. My favorite is a maple iced coffee it tastes like melted coffee ice cream, I ask for a little less cream and no sugar to make me pretend I'm being better about it. The hash browns are also way better than dunks šŸ‘Œ I even suggested an edit on their app to help people scan when there's no signal by taking the QR timer away for the ā€œscan only optionā€ (because the timer and code won’t work with no signal), and they updated and applied my suggested the next app update which was awesome to see. Not many people know they have an app to get points and free drinks and food all the time. When I was on the road ubering getting coffee every morning I racked up a free coffee or hash brown about every 1-1.5 weeks and sometimes saved the points and use them when my greedy family wanted something. Try them out if you haven't and download the app!

Do not pull in here in the morning if you need to get to work at a reasonable hour, I waited 10 minutes just to watch the lady finally me and over to get the bagel that I ordered and start getting ready to put it in the toaster, I finally said no thank you you can toss that away because I don’t have time I need to go to work. Don’t stop here if you don’t have 20 minutes. other aroma. Joe’s understand it’s morning and they need to get people moving to school and work. there was only one other car in line in front of me 10 minutes I waited before I finally I gave up.sad!!! I even tipped them the girl who took the money was wonderful. The girl making the food. I don’t think I understood what that type of environment requires drive-through. You’re not supposed to be there for 15 minutes lol FYI, I ordered a coffee and a bagel that’s it.

Staff and service has gone completely downhill since winter. I’ve always came to this location and was always greeted with a smile and my drink was made well and came out at a reasonable time. But majority of people I used to see working here are no longer at the window and i’m now greeted everytime I go with dirty looks and slow, low quality service. My drink is barley made right anymore! I don’t know what happened to their employees but this aroma joes has gone to crap??

A recurring issue I've had at this location is getting the completely wrong drink. It can be a bit frustrating when this happens over and over. I've gone back 2 of the times I've gotten the wrong drinks and asked if they could be remade. Both times the employees have been understanding and reasonable and re made the drinks. For that service gets 4 stars. I think this location could benefit from some of the staff being trained better.

This place is great but only if you want your order WRONG. 9/10 tines I ask for an ENTIRELY sugar free rush, it is NOT entirely sugar free. And yes, I ask for one of the sugar free flavors. But for some reason most of the time it is not what I ask for. It's frustrating, I just wish the employees could ACTUALLY LISTEN to the customer when they say ENTIRELY sugar free ?. I ask for both flavor and rush sugar free, but ONLY get the rush sugar free. It would be one thing if this happened only once or twice,but pretty much EVERY time I go to this location, the employees DO NOT listen and get my order WRONG!

Weekend crew needs to step it up. I get my same coffee here every morning 7 days a week, and every single weekend my order is never right. No problems with the week day early morning crew they are always 100% on point every time

Great people and great coffee, especially for a chain. Drive through is convenient if you're in a rush. Definitely miles above the national chains. I hope they maintain that level of quality as the chain grows!

Even when the lines are long I always get great service. The people who are given bad attitudes probably don’t tip lol I’ve never had an issue here. Even when I ask for strange/complicated drinks I’m still given great service. Keep it up guys and always tip your barista!
