I have tried with this location many times but today was my last straw. I waited at this huts window for over 15 minutes even with the aroma joes warehouse being not even 50 feet away while this blonde chick sat outside on the mini porch smoking…. I honked and everything heard the bell but she was to busy on a FaceTime call. Every time I go to this location on broadway it takes forever and or the staff will tell you to wait while they finish up a phone call… I personally think it’s completely rude and unprofessional and I won’t be going to this location anymore.

i just came through the drive thru at this location the lady at the window told me her name was maizy and she was phenomenal definitely deserves a raise i have never experienced this level of quality service at any other aroma joes location before my drink was delicious and she was nothing but sweet to me i complimented her on her service and she shared with me that someone had just left a bad review about her and i think that’s extremely preposterous this was by far my best aroma joes experince i have ever had whoever left that review on her has no idea what they are talking about!!

This young man took my order and though he seemed slammed he had a positive attitude. He worked incredibly fast and I was in and out in time for my chiropractic appointment. The rush I received was well made and his attitude was incredibly positive. I came around 3:30 which at other locations seems to be a long wait time but he worked very effectively. I was overjoyed by his performance and when asked his name I learned my new favorite fast food worker was landon!

This location can be hit or miss, but Sidney(i hope i spelled her name right, blonde hair and wonderful personality) is one of my favorite aroma joes baristas! She deserves every dollar tip, and honestly with her kind demeanor, hastiness, attention to detail, and the dedication that she shows, she definitely deserves a raise. She makes going to this aroma joes a wonderful experience!

I am not sure what has happened with the late afternoon and evening group at this Aroma's site. There is a young lady with long black hair that works at night & was working tonight (10/14) at 6:45. In the past few days I have had nothing but attitude, issues, incorrect drinks & disregard from this person. Nothing like pulling up & being told to wait while she talks to her kids on the phone & her boyfriend? at the other window. Being told to wait & having the window slammed after having to repeat my order is not service. Then receiving a drink that is not even full at the end? The morning crew at this hut puts this girl to shame. The management needs to look at the fact that most people return to Aroma's because the girls that wait on us are polite, thorough & deliver quality with a smile. The type of service this girl is delivering isn't worth anyone's money or time.

Always a good place for coffee but either they changed the recipe for the wicked mud slide or all three if our drinks were made with the wrong syrup or milk or something because it had a slight banana flavor which didn't used to be there
