Great coffee and staff. Nothing can beat their Swiss Mocha Almond and I love that their cups for iced beverages and straws are compostable!

I’m not sure if they were just having a bad day or if they were overwhelmed due to the humidity, but the service my husband just received was completely uncalled for regardless. After asking if he was able to leave a tip, the person at the window responded with “I’m the owner, I can do whatever the hell I want.” Mind you, this was not said in a way to be lighthearted or funny, it was said in a way to dismiss his question as if it was stupid to ask. Either way, I’m not sure what that has to do with the ability to leave a tip, but a simple yes or no would have sufficed. Please treat people with the kindness and respect you would want to receive.

Everything about this place is wonderful. They always have a wide variety of flavors, including specials that rotate in and out. It's always interesting to see what they have at any given day, and it seems that there's always something new to try. On top of the interesting variety of wonderful flavors, the staff are incredibly courteous. They are incredibly kind and patient and always give off a warm, welcoming, and bright attitude. :)
