Very disappointed in the staff and manager. My 8yr old son picked this place to have his birthday dinner with family. I called 3 times to confirm my time, date, and number of people, also made sure I called day prior as they requested and even day off as their text system said to and they said i was all set. Well when I showed up they called my party over and tried seating us at 2 tables where half the party would have their backs to eachother. Manger came over said they were told party was 8 people I said that is a lie ur host just called my name party of 12 so u clearly need to talk to your staff and I had confirmed this 3 separate times with ur staff. He then said I'd have to wait an additional 40 mins for the table set up I originally requested and secured days in advance. Extremely bad customer service, will not return.

The food was not good. They put so much pepper on the broccoli that it was impossible to eat. Steak temperature was wrong. Fries were soggy. I’m giving 3 stars because the place was nicely decorated and very clean. The service was great and the employees were polite and professional. They really need to improve their food quality and pay attention to details.

I was surprised, the other times I have been to a Chilis the experience was exceptional. My fiancee and I had our first date at Chilis in Portland 1 year ago, since that one shut down we went to this one for our anniversary date. The server was great, very friendly, energetic, but... My fiancee and I both ordered well done burgers off the 3 for me menu item, both burgers came to us really fast, and with a predominate bright pink line in the burger, my fiancee is very picky and she specifically asked for "very well done". Our order was promptly fixed and made right, they did a great job fixing it fast and to perfection and it tasted delicious. When I went to pay the bill, I noticed that we were charged almost $4 for a water we didnt get (which according to our waiter was added on accident) and $2 for 2 small sides of sour cream, which had I known I wouldnt have asked for a side of sour cream to go with my chips since the 2oz cups were maybe 2/3rds filled?. My fiancee wanted to order the mini-molten cake for the extra $4 (which is probably why the water was added to the order in its place), it was never put on our order until we asked. On top of everything else my receipt is all over the place! I still dont know if it is accurate! The food was delicious, but the experience was.... not what I have had in the past, and with it being a special day on top of everything else.. just unexpected I guess. The location was not exceptionally busy, it appeared to be accurately staffed and there was no wait on a Saturday night for us to get a table. I would expect this level of service with a very busy/short staffed experience.

Used to come here all the time with my mother before she passed away every time I had come here they always seem to leave something out or mess. Something up. Other than that one issue everything else is great.
Parking: Great parking lot with lots of space some nights get busy so it’s a little harder to find parking but ok a slower night definitely great.
Kid-friendliness: Great place for family’s, kids, and all!
Wheelchair accessibility: Front handicapped parking and ramp.
Our waitress Megan was very nice but the food wasn't that great. I ordered a medium cooked 6oz sirloin with French fries and everything was over cooked. Couldn't see any red in the steak. Didn't finish it and definitely didn't being it home.
Ordered take out tonight. Was ready right on time. The food was cooked to perfection and the flavor was amazing. We will definitely have Chilis as our go to going forward! Highly impressed!
