Line was VERY efficient and got everyone through with exact ingredients quickly and with great attitude. Food was fresh and delicious. Plenty od open tables and seats, staff attended to trash and supplies quickly.

Came over an hour before close and they were out of “for the night” white rice, pico, and corn. How???? I’m also upset with the worker and her attitude and the fact she was wearing airbuds during our interaction. Not only unsanitary but rude.
This chipotle is probably the worst location in the entire country. Plssss get new staff and managers. Its gross and never fresh and so unpleasant to go to this place

Truly the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to it’s actually comical at this point. I’ve moved many places and I’ve never experienced a chipotle like this. It’s so bad that my husband and I have a running joke of “I bet they won’t have veggies today” cause we know they won’t. I even said something once and the employee said “maybe if you come earlier in the day.” this last time was so bad we might start driving further to the Portsmouth chipotle to have a better experience. they ran out of a lot of things and they only had the white rice which wasn’t even the chipotle lime rice, like they gave up and just threw in plain white rice it was so sad. and the place is always a mess and god forbid we get fresh chips, they’re ALWAYS stale. I’ve never written a review before but after coming here pretty much every week cause it’s the closest one to us I can’t help but think this place deserves my first ever bad review on google. do yourself a favor and go to the Portsmouth chipotle, this is a huge waste of time

If y'all are out of tortillas (wild) put a sign on the door so we don't waste 10 minutes waiting in line just to find out you can't serve us.

Very bad. The employees were very slow in serving, also they gave the protein like we are not paying for the food, extremely low quantity. This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to.

We ordered over $100 worth of food. They added very little meat for protein to all of the dishes and very little of everything else. I didn't pay for it but I called because my girlfriend did she was distraught, as I began to speak with a manager they had asked me if I had it delivered by a delivery service which by chance we did and they said well we don't deal with those inquiries you have to go through the delivery service. Now we all know that those bags are sealed before they leave that restaurant until they get to our home. So the quality of that food is completely on you. The food is terrible overpriced incorrectly made to order. The Staff and management were terrible offered no apology or solution. I wouldn't go to this restaurant until it says closed for business....
