Check totaled $83.54 - First time there - After checking my credit card receipt I saw that they charged an additional $3.00 to the tip that I provided. I disputed the charge, because it was obviously incorrect. Food was really good though! Drink could have been stronger.

The food here is just ok. I wasn't wildly excited although there are three locations and people tend to love this place. The waitress and hostess was great, the food was mid and the atmosphere was a bit annoying. The bar area has always had an echo, even when it was Cartellis and all it takes is one loud tipsy person at lunchtime to ruin the environment. I probably wouldn't take the time to go to the dover location again, but I plan on trying the one in Rochester eventually.

For a quick weekend lunch, I stopped by Cinco's. The spacious restaurant had plenty of room, so my party of two was seated immediately.

Chips and salsa arrived within a minute. The chips were light and airy without being oily - only a couple broke in the salsa. The salsa tasted fresh and had a solid, balanced flavor.

I ordered the El Diablo ($19.99), which included shrimp and onions sautéed in a spicy sauce, served with rice, beans, guacamole salad, and tortillas. The shrimp and onions were savory and comforting, with the spicy sauce adding just the right amount of heat. It's not too spicy if you're accustomed to spice. The portion was generous - I left stuffed.

Overall, Cinco's delivers a solid neighborhood family restaurant experience: spacious seating, decent food, hearty portions, and reasonable prices.

Went there for my niece's graduation dinner for the first time. Food was amazing, ambiance was fantastic and the service was GREAT. We've ordered from there 3 times IN THE LAST WEEK- I am not even kidding... This has easily become our favorite restaurant. Can't recommend enough.

Been twice. Servers are nice, but all my friends did after was complain about the food. Second time, I was giving it another chance for date night, but the result was worse.

Erin was an amazing server. She made sure we were taken care of and had a great attitude. I truly think she should work somewhere else as the service from the higher-ups did and will continue to affect her.

Food was average, but the daily specials are fantastic for the price. We even ordered food for the next day on our travels.

All was well until the bill came. The supervisor or manager had a nice demeanor, but terrible at customer service, which ruined our overall experience.

What was ordered was a Well/House Tequila and sprite for a super cheap drink…and it was rung up as “Blanco Casamigo’s” and the most expensive drink on our bill—$15.75.

Instead of fixing it, the manager proceeded to give us an answer that she thought would suffice, which was that all drinks with liquor and a soft drink…like a tequila and sprite—are doubles and are the same price no matter what tequila you order…

This was NOT explained nor what we ordered. The drink definitely was not strong like it had a double shot and if that was the case, we would have ordered the top shelf tequila. It was unfair and should have been corrected or at least communicated in general.

Wouldn’t go back, solely based on the leadership and the way we felt swindoodled by the supervisor/manager.

Staff is awesome. I happened to win a contest a couple of months ago. They took very good care of us when I redeemed it. Great food and drinks!

We went here last night for the first time and it was absolutely amazing!! As a family of 4 we have an autistic child and he has good sensory issues and will only eat certain things like Grilled cheese! They have this on the kids menu and this made it so we could all enjoy our dinners!! The live mariachi band was just fantastic!! What a treat!! We will definitely be back!! Our waitress was also very accommodating and sweet! Ty all for making our night a great one!

Let me start by saying wow! I’m from California so being in a border state shows the best of Mexican foods, and can I say that their elote is SPOT ON to the elote you’d expect from the elote man in downtown Sacramento, the carnitas pork and ground beef both taste just like I’m eating back in Sacramento, this is the authentic food I’ve been dying for in New Hampshire since moving here 5 years ago, a ton of other Mexican places are either diners or their food is overly greasy, cinco’s though knows how to knock it out of the park, the carnitas taste just like what I’d expect of my New Mexican raised grandmother and I’ll definitely be making this my go to location for good Mexican food, I’ll even have to stop in and try their drinks and then report back! ?
