The cafe is loaded with vegan options - more vegan than not. And lots of GF. I love that they list ingredients. I’ve been coming for years and a huge fan of the sweet potato red lentil soup.
Plenty of grocery items, although prices and produce freshness can’t compare to larger stores. A number of specialty items you can’t find elsewhere though.
Free parking.

Love this place and I come here all the time to spend my money yet the same person always seems to aggressively ask if they can help me as if I'm stealing or something. Lately I've been going to the Herbal Path instead.

i normally love this place but i bought chicken salad today that tasted and smelled expired and i had to get rid of it

I used to go here for smoothies from their kitchen, but within the past three months, it's been ridiculous. It used to be a friendly guy behind the counter and now its a pre-teen looking girl. I think it's new owners or management?Anyway, I went there a few weeks ago, ordered the same smoothie I always get and it takes like 10 minutes even though nobody's in front of me. Also, it's a different color (purple instead of tan.. THAT much of a difference) than usual and I have to ask them to remake it because I don't know what is even in it. This has happened twice now. It's not hard to read ingredients and put the right ones in. You can't give people the wrong ingredients. What if they're allergic, etc?I'm giving 3 stars because they do have a good selection and the older woman in the front is nice.
