The cafe is loaded with vegan options - more vegan than not. And lots of GF. I love that they list ingredients. I’ve been coming for years and a huge fan of the sweet potato red lentil soup.
Plenty of grocery items, although prices and produce freshness can’t compare to larger stores. A number of specialty items you can’t find elsewhere though.
Free parking.
Love this place and I come here all the time to spend my money yet the same person always seems to aggressively ask if they can help me as if I'm stealing or something. Lately I've been going to the Herbal Path instead.
I have been going here for years now. I pass the other health food store to go to this one. The staff is amazing and always so sweet. Definitely recommend for all your health needs.
