The night crew here is amazing and always helpful and considerate when it comes to ordering and or just me stopping by to grab a mobile order. Kiana and Hannah do a wonderful job on their own & are super polite and caring towards customers. Tonight i watched the two of them work together to get things done on their own without the help of others. I would definitely be giving them credit for the amazing work these two employees do for this store. I have a wonderful experience with them. And hope to have many more

Man by the name of Chris is probably the best worker there I was in and out in like 3 mins while it was packed today with 20 people in 10/10 experience
Excellent customer service from every employee everytime I come inside or drive thru! I usually order a small iced coffee with my fixings I enjoy and the worker Sharon made the best coffee I have had in a long while! I always order a breakfast sandwich and Jake is normally the one who waits on me and makes the best breakfast sandwich ever! I want to say thank you Dunkin Donuts and keep up the good work!

This is probably the biggest Dunkin’ Donuts in Dover, yet it’s the slowest. For some reason they haven’t used the second window since they opened, even though it could cut drive through times if they had customers drive up after paying. Even when the line isn’t that long - 2 or 3 cars ahead of me - they still take longer than the Dunkin in downtown, which doesn’t even have a drive through to split the line. They also never give you a napkin. I usually order a food item with a drink and have never had a napkin given to me either with the cup or in the bag.

Pulled into drive thru at 6:35, waiting about 10 min and no one came on speaker. Drove around and dark inside … if you close at 7 then maybe change the entry sign and drive thru sign to say close at 7 and not 9.
This Dunkin has always been terrible. Super long lines… my food was ready and I was looking at it for 5 minutes before someone decided to take my payment and hand me my food. They also never give enough cream cheese, it’s like it’s taken out of the employees paycheck or something. So I asked for extra. This is light, not extra. Whoever made this should be ashamed, these people are lazy and you should go elsewhere.
