Why is it every time I go hear your cold brew taste like water I am drinking freaking water right now I even added two espressos and my coffee looks like gosh darn water. How about you make sure your people make coffee correct cuz people don't want to spend tons of money for crap ass coffee this is the third time I've tried you three strikes you're out I am done and I am now calling your district manager you need to train your people properly. And when I go in there they're busy but you got one little girl flirting with a man who's probably once her age probably could be your dad flirting while there could have been customers and coffees taken care of I hate this one I had to come to this one today didn't have time to drive 10 miles away from my dunkin' donuts. Retrain your people your people do not know what they're doing they like to chat instead of work they don't make their coffees correctly and then one girl put three pieces of ice in the iced coffee with the gentleman behind me who asked for an iced coffee gets three pieces three pieces of ice are you guys that skimmed out on water pathetic group

I just simply can't stand dunkin donuts coffee the only one that was even kinda ok was the dark roast coffee but no they don't brew it or carry it anymore and the sandwiches suck I could get a better one at a flea market the only reason I even go into a dunkin donuts is if someone gives me a gift card 10 thumbs down oh and that goes for every single one in the world

I usually don't post reviews but this is unacceptable, very poor preparation and unawareness of food quality. Cheese was burnt beyond being edible.This might be the end of us eating at Dunkin.

But overall, very nice Dunkin. Will definitely pop by this one whenever I get a craving! ☺️

today.. got two bagles, they were not wrapped in paper, just cut in half and put in the bag.. with the plastic knives and the two things of cream cheese. Is this normal? They were not toasted but still. Never happened to me before, not a huge issue, but kinda feels off. Like it should have been wrapped in the paper. (Only cause of the other items in the bag) wondering if anyone else had this happen? I understand if someone has an off day too. If it's like a new thing or normal my apologies. Just couldn't stop thinking about it. They have decent customer service to regulars but not so much to non regulars, and not having a drive thru may be one to go to if you don't mind waiting. Workers do their best from what I've seen, and we all know everyone is short staffed. Being understanding is best!
The employees always take up front row spots. It’s ridiculous. When it’s busy I have to park farther away cause the employees are too entitled

Everything was fresh. Coffee tasted amazing. They actually got my order right. I don't like egg and always have a hard time actually getting my breakfast sandwich right. It was nice. Definitely recommend.
