They didn't put butter or cream cheese on bagels via drive through. And did not include any napkins. Not sure how they expect someone to do that in a car without napkins! Also they were out of raisin and everything bagels.

The Dunkin's on Portland Ave. in Dover, NH, located in Mike's Mobile, had the nicest, sweetest, very professional ladies working this afternoon, September 2nd, around 3pm. I think they both should be commended and given a bonus for going above and beyond. Rare to find employees like them.

Really rude staff

I work nearby and visit this location a lot.But that will definitely be changing.I’ve tried to deal with it, kept making up texting my mind on why they are so rude.Not all of them, but two in particular are the worse.1.) The redhead girl ( don’t know her name), she has 0 people skills. She shows she could care less about you or your order. She’s condescending, arrogant, and just down right nasty.2.) The infamous “Wayne”.And let me start off by saying I know he had a heart attack ( I even donated when you all were asking your customers to).This dude is a complete mess.He could be the father of the redhead.Another miserable human. Don’t go too fast or he will throw you the biggest attitude. And DONT, I repeat, DONT, ask him any questions regarding the menu, you might just make him short circuit.Like I’ve said, I’ve tried.I’m done, I’ll definitely go out of my way toGo to another Dunkin, albeit, out of my way. But I’m all set with these two depressing and miserable people.

I’m not one to make bad reviews but waiting 20 mins in line, both my bagels were asked to have the cream cheese on the side which was not the case and the ONE coffee I ordered, was made wrong. I respect young people working but pay attention and listen to what the customer is asking for.

Cranky red head who doesn't use gloves to grab donuts yelled in my face, mask down at work today. Check your cameras when I asked about UberEATS deliveries. You need toshut it off with UberEATS because your restaurant is costing city members hundreds of dollars in gas per year on wasted trips. Track record looks bad as well. I will contact the owner GLADLY, corporate and the area managers. DISGUSTING SERVICE

I have been coming to this dunks for years because of mr wayno upfront for a couple days i have had to go through the drive thru and that lady with the red hair will not stop talking its very unprofessional its one thing to talk but dont leave the window open no one wants to hear your dirty dad jokes or about periods i will not be coming to this dunks again!!!!
