The workers here mess up orders like 9/10 times. I order a drink for my diabetic husband and ask for SPLENDA and the worker puts SUGAR (My husband is not someone who likes to eat/drink anything with sugar unless it’s to raise blood sugar). I swear these people just don’t do their job right and it pisses me off that they don’t really pay attention to what’s said.

First time going to this particular dunkin' donuts and I ordered my normal breakfast sandwich, sausage and cheese No egg on a croissant. Unfortunately when I got to work and started to eat my sandwich, the sausage meat inside it was absolutely rancid. I took one bite of it and immediately vomited. Definitely not going to that particular dunks again. And I'd probably avoid the food there if I was you

My mobile order was sent to another store by accident. After checking my receipt, they helped me and filled it at their location. It made me happy so I bought two mugs while I waited. They turned a bad scenario into a positive one. Thanks!!!

Normally the service is good, but their is always one employee that has a TERRIBLE attitude and customer service skills are NONE. I shouldn't have to ask for my frozen drink to be made CORRECTLY as pictures on the self check out / self order screen. But If I don't I get just frozen chocolate in a cup, they skip the whip cream, hot coco mix on top and mocha drizzle. For almost 6 dollars this is beyond unacceptable! The atmosphere is always young kids working their & fooling around while on duty.

I usually just get my usual drink. I don't really get food. Always been kind and one older lady that I see all the time that I go is always very friendly and welcoming. I like to see her. Remember to say Thank you when you order, it isn't that hard.
Coffee and food is ok, but you may wait 10 minutes before someone acknowledges you even though there are many workers having fun, looking at their phones and chatting away. I'm glad they are having fun at work... God forbid they actually do a good job. Go to a local coffee shop with trained employees!

This place is ridiculous. 17 minute wait in line. 4 people inside. Cars wrapped around to the road.... And it order was wrong!!!!!!!?? What is wrong with those store????? We keep giving those store chances and it's pointless. Literally takes us less time to get our coffee to travel 20 minutes away to the next Dunks in Lee. Absolutely absurd!

Love you guys but please be careful whoever is making the sandwich as I found what I'm assuming is paper separating the slice of cheese in the sandwich that covered 50% of the surface ? Mistakes happen but paper isn't exactly on my food list ?
