I ordered a specialty coffee for pick up in the drive-through. 20 minutes later I was finally able to get it and it was the wrong order. I had specifically ordered an iced coffee and they gave me a hot coffee. Unfortunately, because the person in the window wanted to argue about what I ordered on the app, I do not have any time to get some swap it out. I will probably not return to this one and try out a different Dunkin’ Donuts in the area.

I understand being busy and feeling stressed out as someone who's been a traveling corporate restaurant training manager for over 26 years understands high volume high stress. However the drive-thru was busy, and there were two guests in front of me, inside the lobby. There is no justification as to the manager, Jake(asked his name) screaming at his 4 employees and telling them to shut up. I was appalled and shocked that he would belittle and embarrass his employees in front of customers. The older woman in front of me looked at me in shock. I told the staff they were doing a great job. One younger woman looked like she was going to cry and the others put their heads down and continued to do their job taking care of us. I gave them a huge tip, thanked them for their hard work. During that time the manager left the floor and never came back while I was inside. I called to express my concern with customer service and thought I should write a review. I have never had an issue prior at this location. These days it's hard to staff any business and to see 4 hard working employees get treated like that was disheartening.

Cashier didn’t ask if I wanted or give my change back from my transaction. Ordered a chai latte and it was really bad super white never received a chai like this. People working inside were yelling back and forth to each other about personal life things.

I believe that they had an off day. Usually, no complaints; daughter's sandwich was wrong; my coffee was wrong. Only thing right was the donuts and her s'more drink this day (6/27).
Otherwise, I recommend them.
