Love the variety of food they offer. From desserts, to breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. A variety store with a LOT of options for quick pickups or order ahead. Delicious!!

I'm changing my review from a 5 star to 3 star because of concerns about cleanlines. I used to get bacon egg and cheeses multiple times a week. Past several times I have gone it is pretty clear that the grill isn't being cleaned consistently. I Want to support the business but I want to eat a bacon egg and cheese that doesn't have burnt residue from the grill in my sandwich.

Great bakery! Love to get donuts on a tough day.

Vegetarian options: Most things in the bakery are vegetarian. They also stock gluten and dairy free treats as well.

Got a chicken sub and it was completely uncooked. Still even cold in the middle here's hoping I don't get sick for it and definitely not going back and neither should anyone else

Really disappointed in the food quality of the breakfast burrito I just got from Dustin's. Egg was paper thin, there was more green peppers and onions then there were anything else and they were gigantic. Barely cooked. Just really not the Dustin's I'm used to. What's going on over there?

Ever since they sold it has gone down hill. Unorganized, low quality, horrible customer service.

Great breakfast sandwiches and wraps. My favorite is the sausage 'Monstah' - it lives up to the name. Bakery items are also on point. Donuts, bear claws, creme horns, éclairs. Fresh and delicious.

I moved away for 2 years and just got back to my hometown of Dover and went to one of my favorite spots when I was growing up until I moved. So I have to question, what happened to this place? This is not the Dustons I remember and loved.
This is sad.

Been going to eat here for years, must be new owners.
Went to order a cold cut sub and the guy inbehind the deli counter looked at me in confusion and said ' uh, I don't think that's on the menu ' while there was a menu displayed with sub sandwiches.
There used to be a woman that worked the deli counter and she was awesome.
I need to find another deli

So hard to find decent iced coffee anywhere now. I only paid $6 for an excellent iced coffee and bagel with cream cheese. It was self serve, which I like because I’m very specific about my cream, sugar, and toast on the bagel. Staff was friendly, helping me navigate the self serve. Place was also so clean I was trying not to leave a crumb because there literally was not even a streak on the counter or floor. Tried the cupcakes and the macaroons yesterday. The softest and most fresh I have ever had. They are stacked in pastries considering they are open until 3 most days and most likely have to toss all of their product at the end of the day. I’ve been to two other bakeries around here and they are the only ones that actually have the most common pastries available. I’m so excited I found this place and will be driving right past the overpriced Dunkin to get my reasonably priced sweet treats at Duston’s.

I just read in Foster’s the owners are looking to expand. I would suggest that before you expand you teach your staff about good customer service. It goes a long way. We have been customers for years. Yesterday morning we were there at 6am and my husband was the first and only customer. 3 staff were in the shop and not one greeting him in a friendly or welcoming manor. Then he felt the bakery case was pretty empty and what he did get was over cooked on the bottom. He will never patronize your establishment again. Just remember, bigger is not always better.
