Had an awesome experience at the Dover NH restaurant. Very clean and extremely friendly staff. My wife has a gluten allergy and the took great care to ensure there was no cross contamination Just wish they were closer- we live in western Ma and this is the closest to our home- it’s a 2:30 min drive- but well worth it. Thank you to the staff. P.s my wife loved the extra pickles

GLUTEN FREE ROLLS thank you!! They're the best and I've tried A LOT, please keep offering these! The sandwiches are yummy, I now get one to eat today and one for tomorrow whenever I'm in the area. The only bummer is sometimes the veggie-toppings are few, but still my favorite sandwich shop.

It's crazy to think I see other reviews about them closing early from months back and someone answered on here saying they will look into but this just happened to me April 2024. I Drove all the way there from half hour away cause they had on their website they closed at 9pm. I got there at 8:12pm and they were already closed in dover, new Hampshire location. Super let down cause your food is amazing!!!! And your workers are very nice!

Fix your online hours. Thanks for wasting my time, driving all the way there and the store closes at 7 and not 9. I won’t be coming back because clearly you don’t know how to run a business, especially with all the other complaints of the store just closing whenever it wants.

Kid-friendliness: Has little fire hats for the kids and they don't seem to mind weird orders cause your kids don't like that one thing that most kids like

It’s meatballs day so we got a meatball sub at Firehouse, plus they donate to Firefighters, BUT meatballs were bland and hardly any cheese. A bit $$$ as well.
Not open on Sundays and their hours change at will.

Food is good but you'll never know when the store is open. Will close any time between 5 and 9 on a given day, if theyre open at all. Regularly can find workers hanging out behind the counter with the store open and doors locked. Management has gone as far as scraping the closing time off the door so no one knows.

I LOVE their food but they close whenever they want. It has been multiple times we have driven all the way there and they have closed early, at least today they actually scraped their closing times off the door so they no longer list a closing time. I really love this place but I’ve wasted time and gas multiple times now :(

As they were still making subs for people. I had gone into order a sub for myself and my husband a sub I was told they were closed and couldn't make my subs. Did not realized they closed at 7 buy I was inside at 655 when they refused to make anymore subs. Guess I won't be going there ever again.
