My family and I stopped in for burgers. On the way out, my 3 year old daughter dropped her milk shake and started to cry. The manger came out and cleaned it right up and had the sweet young ladies at the register make her a new one. Thanks for offering excellent service!

Five Guys used to be considered expensive, but with all the fast food restaurants raising prices, they're now on a level of parity. That being said, I'd much rather have a meal from Five Guys than any of the other major burger joints. Food always tastes good, I just wish it wasn't so soggy.

I don't know what it is these past few months, but something has changed and it isn't for the better. I'm deeply disappointed. Whoever the new manager had interrupted the nice man who took my order the last time I was in to order food, and had him clean, causing someone else to finish my order. That was fully unnecessary and I found it completely rude. And when I came in the other day to have my son use the bathroom to prevent an emergency, the bathroom was disgusting, and I brought him to Starbucks instead.
