Hit or miss. The other day was a miss as I got extreme food poisoning from their food. I don’t know what their food handling processes are, but I know for a fact they were the cause. Hopefully next time it won’t be the same, but makes me weary as to whether I should bother going back.

often times i come in and the female manager on shift is noticeably unpleasant/berating the staff. workers are clearly uncomfortable and upset. she is very loud and unprofessional, making the overall experience less than enjoyable. no one wants to patronize a place where the team is heads down walking on egg shells due to their supposed 'leader.' food is decent but pricey, many other places to choose from close by for the same things with better experiences.

Everyone that works here rocks. Always friendly, fast, and the food is great. The place is clean and well stocked for ketchup cups and such. Best burger place around.

I phoned in my order on the auto system. I said I wanted the standard fixings on my bacon cheeseburger thinking I would get what was in the picture. Unfortunately I received a dry burger and could only get through half as I didn’t have any ketchup at home. No issue with the store but the auto system can really ruin your dinner.

Love this Five Guys spot. Always fast and efficient service. Kind of a small dining area and if the line gets long, there isn't really much area to stand in. Love the fountain soda machines/variety. Recommend ordering ahead. Great food!

My teenage son likes to go here occasionally, so we went with a close friend this past week around 1:30-2pm. It was incredibly packed, waited in line for 15 minutes. But the service was good & ready in 10 minutes. However we had to take it to go which was fine as no tables were open. We live 5 minutes away so not a big deal. The fries were harder than normal & extra salty way more than usual, the little burgers were just too much. I don't know what they did differently since the last time we were in their at least 4-5 months ago. We only go a few times a year as it's very greasy & not very healthy for you. Yes my son loves this place but he even said it was definitely not the same as usual. The to go bag had a hole in it before even leaving the place. Maybe we just went at the wrong time or they were having an off day. Just saying is all.
