Not only is everyone at Breakaway the nicest, coolest person in all of Dover at any given time, it's a place with community built into and around it. The coffee is great, the Bacon Me Crazy is to die for, and the music is always just right- but its the people at Breakaway (staff and patrons alike) that make this place so spectacular. Hands down one of the best spots in Dover!

Cute coffee shop in Downtown. There’s a handful of vegan options and when I was in there was a few vegan bakery items on the counter too! I got the ASAP Sammy and I’m still dreaming of that cashew cheese 😋

Been here for Flight. Wanted to try this place. I'll start with food I got the banana bread french toast, and it was incredible. Good tasting maple syrup. I got a large iced caramel latte with oat milk. It's my go to when trying a new place. This came out so good I got another to go. Service was great. The server asked if she could read the ingredients so I could be aware. Great idea. Atmosphere is really nice too. Went early and lots of parking and seating was easy but I can see it filling up quickly. I will return, very good.

Good coffee, only place I have seen in Dover that offers coffee made with a chemex or French press. The pastry selection is very limited and it can be extremely loud in here to the point that it’s impossible to concentrate and, what’s worse is, the majority of the noise comes from the employees (I just spent 20 minutes listening to them scream-laughing with their friends who came in and am a bit annoyed, as are several other customers as I can see).
