I think I am biased because I use to turn up for this spot in its millenial hay day. It's not what it use to be, and its a bit divey, but you can enjoy your time for the most part.Vegetarian options: The fries are good lol

FURY's Public House: creates and gently cooks my favorite burger: BLUE CHEESE! I LOVE BLUE CHEESE. MAYTAG BLUE, ROQUEFORT, DANISH BLUE, SWEDISH BLUE, WISCONSIN BLUE, CASHEL BLUE, FRENCH BLUES, ALL OF THEM. ENGLISH STILTON. Have any of my readers out there ever enjoyed MAYTAG BLUE? This particular blue cheese is like eating silk - the fabric. Creamy, non-salty, not dry. But soft and lovely. So, easy to use. Very expensive, but so worth it. MAYTAG BLUE is hard to come by in New England, but oh my gosh. So, the Blue Cheese that Fury's used on my burger was NOT Maytag Blue, however the Blue they used was delightful. My burger was cooked to order. Not dry and overdone or RAW! But, just perfect, this is hard to come by these days! And then, they added the blue cheese. oh my goodness. So wonderful. They serve alcohol as well.

Funny place, you can play darts or pool. Ask for the breakfast sandwich. Not expensive at
Chill vibes in a giant space, couches, friendly bartenders and a solid beer selection.

Could use more seating. It's kinda awkward standing in the middle of the floor and everyone's trying to pass

1st time coming with some friends. Was very dead for a Saturday it seemed. We were informed it was because there was no band. They do have a Dart board and pool table for free which was nice with it being so dead. We didnt so food while we were visiting. Overall an okay stop.

This is one of the best dive bars around. It has a certain rustic grunge; a patina if you will, that makes this place worthy of legend. Beers on tap aren't extensive but the are reasonably priced. They put their own style on typical bar food, the grill cheese and tomato soup with a side of fries was my go to. They also have live music sometimes on the weekend, usually local bands playing their own brand of rock. There's also a pool table for those looking to get a game in.

i asked for a specific flavor of jell-o shot while the bartender was in the process of grabbing them. he asked me if i was "******* serious" as he grabbed the flavor i requested and threw it at me. super rude, i will stick to portsmouth where they care about customer service and don't feel that a request of flavor is going out of their way.
