Everyone from the chef to our server were very attentive and welcoming.
The food was outstanding! We will be back for sure and all of Dover & beyond should get over to this great establishment!

Food was lack luster and not properly prepared. Over priced for the portions as well, $14 for two breakfast bao, hardly any egg, dry pork, pickles and sriracha... Also the $17 poached eggs were more like boiled eggs. It was empty, I now understand why.

I visited last week…what a gem! 603 is so lucky to have such unique and quality brunch spot. The breakfast sandwich and dipping sauce were a 10/10. The banana lumpia with miso caramel sauce, also 10/10. More people need to know about this eatery. Seriously it’s so good!

Love this place!
Reminded me of Street. Tons of variety of cuisine, as you can see with the menu. Can't wait to go back to try a lot of these other dishes!
Ended up getting the halloumi (nice, crispy, cheesy, and great contrast with the sweeter dip); the tiramisu French toast (strong espresso flavors); and the Spanish benedict (probably my favorite albeit I may have had been in a savory mood, but nice crispy toast and perfect herbaceous flavors!).
We went during brunch hours on a Friday and it was EMPTY, which did feel a bit odd, but of course service was perfect.
Definitely will come back again!

Worst on line menu I have ever seen. I know they have a great review, but I looked at going there and I was totally turned away because of that. Guess I'll go to Portsmouth.

Exceptional food, warm service, and a chef who truly cares. Gallivan Global Eatery was a delightful surprise on a quiet Saturday night. The menu is creative and far from the usual local fare. The Bibimbap was bursting with savory-spicy flavor, and the shrimp and grits were rich, creamy, and bright with lemon. Isabel, our server, was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food. We would give her six stars if we could! Even the chef stopped by our table to check in—an appreciated personal touch. Can’t wait to return and try the Shakshuka!

Wanted to try this gem for the longest time and finally did. This place is exceptional. The attention to every detail just adds to the experience. The dishes are so thoughtfully cultivated with love and thought behind each dish and beautiful drink! I am only sad I hadn’t tried this sooner. If you have been waiting too- wait no longer. Love!!!!
