Exceptional food, warm service, and a chef who truly cares. Gallivan Global Eatery was a delightful surprise on a quiet Saturday night. The menu is creative and far from the usual local fare. The Bibimbap was bursting with savory-spicy flavor, and the shrimp and grits were rich, creamy, and bright with lemon. Isabel, our server, was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food. We would give her six stars if we could! Even the chef stopped by our table to check...
Wanted to try this gem for the longest time and finally did. This place is exceptional. The attention to every detail just adds to the experience. The dishes are so thoughtfully cultivated with love and thought behind each dish and beautiful drink! I am only sad I hadn’t tried this sooner. If you have been waiting too- wait no longer. Love!!!!
