I come up to Dover often from Boston on Amtrak and I wanted to try this place. I’m totally blind, and when I walked in, I said to the person, can you guide me? He’s like I don’t feel comfortable doing that and I said, where is the bar, and have you met any blind people? And he said no and also didn’t seem to have any idea what I was talking about and he also said I don’t feel comfortable serving you even though I haven’t drank at all yet.
