Drove from Newmarket after checking Google for the hours said it was open another 4 hrs but got there and doors were closed for good 👎

I believe this place may be closed now. I visited Monday during listed open hours but it was closed, and someone walking by said it was permanently closed.

I love Harvey's! Literally every time I've had a waffle somewhere else and been disappointed, Harvey's waffle is what I was hoping for

Our gathering of 9 had a fabulous time at Harvey's. It brings back memories of how attentive wait staff should be. Of course, we all ordered baked goods to take home - a must, esp their maple squares!

I would’ve given less than one star if possible. It’s totally a great thing that this business is closing because the ladies that run it are the most rudest people you’ll ever come across.

Where do I begin?…I have been a customer for over 40 years. Their pork pies, maple rounds, maple cakes, rustic bread, chicken salad, etc…. My dear friend Robert, is visiting from Virginia for the month of June. We usually visit at least three times weekly. I fear we’ll starve now😔 Seriously, everyone here is wonderful, from the daughters to the servers and others. I feel like I’m saying goodbye to family. My son knows how much I love you and got me my last maple birthday cake last month. I savored every single bite 😋. I wish all of you health and happiness in your future endeavors. Dover will not be the same ❤️

rustic bread and maple rounds is there a cookbook in your future? really really need rustic bread recipe and maple rounds;; the best fruitcake ever.

I have always loved Harvey 's but today they lost my business. I don't need nasty things written on TOGO boxes.

This place is like having an ultimate grandma on call. The rolls seem seem like a roll, until you have one. My German chocolate cake this year for my birthday ruined all other cakes for me. Call ahead or drop in and snack from the display. Icon of dover for good reason. (BTW, I'm bunny).

great food, reasonable prices. staff is always friendly, but not the fastest. beware the bakery if you respect your waistline.

Place was nice and food was good but service was not good. Our server Carlene didn’t say a single word to us while we were there, didn’t even answer us when we spoke to her. She never brought one of the items we ordered, never offered coffee refill, and didn’t offer a box when we still had half of our food. She dropped the check and took it without saying anything. She didn’t even say bye or answer us when we thanked her.
