I usually have great experiences with this restaurant, but today was different. We ordered a drink at 6:10 and didn’t get our food until 7:05. Our waitress was serving everyone else except us. Whoever was serving us today definitely needs to be talked to. This was the worst experience I’ve had here, and I honestly have no idea if I’ll ever go back.

The pork ramen was out of the world. The pork itself was sliced perfectly and the broth was perfectly seasoned. My partner had the spicy chicken ramen and she loved it too, however, it was definitely on the spicier side compared to most ramen places. If you finish your bowl, you get a $5 gift card as well! Best restaurant in the area and a must visit.

We make the drive to Dover twice a month just to eat at Hong, and it’s always worth it. The food is incredibly authentic, served quickly, and priced very reasonably. The service is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It hits the spot every time—even on a hot day! We absolutely love it.

Amazing experience! Made a random pit stop on the way back from North Conway. Affordable and the food/service was top notch! I’ll happily make the hour drive to go back (fyi if you like spice, their chili oil is 🔥 little goes a long way). Naia was our server, gave great recommendations with a genuine smile. Have a fun time at college, you’re gonna do great 😃

Update This place has gotten much worse. Slow food (waited 40 minutes for the first edible thing), lower value (chashu pork is half the size it used to be), cold food (broth was lukewarm), served out of order by understaffed service (main was served first and then appetizer). Skip it.
Original It's awesome Dover has a ramen bar. We needed one. What I didn't expect was to get a great ramen bar! The atmosphere is busy as this place is almost always packed. I've eaten here maybe 15 times and the food has been perfect every time. The service has had a few bumps. Instead of getting my to go order I got some table's leftovers. Looking at some of the other reviews it looks like that has happened to more people. It's sort of a gross mistake that they need to figure out - but they always fix the problem quickly and with no hassle. You don't always get that, so I still give them 5 stars!
