The pork ramen was out of the world. The pork itself was sliced perfectly and the broth was perfectly seasoned. My partner had the spicy chicken ramen and she loved it too, however, it was definitely on the spicier side compared to most ramen places. If you finish your bowl, you get a $5 gift card as well! Best restaurant in the area and a must visit.
We love this place, highlights are any of the fried chicken items, dumplings, and the spicy cucumbers. Have been there a number of times and service is always friendly and the food always great.
We make the drive to Dover twice a month just to eat at Hong, and it’s always worth it. The food is incredibly authentic, served quickly, and priced very reasonably. The service is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It hits the spot every time—even on a hot day! We absolutely love it.
