We had a pretty discouraging visit tonight and ran into a misunderstanding. The food is always great but the service in store left something to be desired. To be transparent I wrote an honest review, thinking that our concerns wouldn’t be addressed. Almost IMMEDIATELY, Mike researched the posted mistake and reached out to my family and I, offering to remedy the situation. I look forward to our next visit and will continue to support small, local business where the owner handles their business in a respectful manner. Pleasantly surprised at the outcome.

I ordered a Steak & cheese sub, a chicken ranchero wrap, and fries. The food was delicious! It’s my first time ordering from Katz and definitely won’t be my last. The fries could’ve had a bit less salt, but overall a wonderful experience.
One thing that I love about Katz is how they give back to the community in several ways. Go and check them out to see for yourselves. Can’t believe I’m just finding out about them!

First visit to Kat’z deli. Ordered a cheeseburger sub that came scrambled and checked the boxes for taste. Can tell bread was fresh and delivered that day. Customer service was good with staff hustling to push through orders. Atmosphere needs some work as registers, floor and counters were dirty. Would have given higher rating otherwise.
