Katz’s Deli in Dover is a great local spot with super friendly staff, big portions, and fair prices. The steak and cheese subs and breakfast burritos are awesome, and it’s the kind of place you’ll want to keep coming back to.
I lived nearby for a while and had everything on the menu I think. My favorites are breakfast burrito, chicken ranchero wrap, and the cheesesteak sub. Sizable portions at a good price, random stuff for sale inside (books, pots/pans, tshirts, giant jars of pickles). it’s a fantastic spot for cheap eats and I miss them
Best steak and cheese I've had in a long time. I grew up in Boston and this reminds me of the nice packed cheesesteaks we used to get at the mom and Pop sub shops. Definitely rare in New Hampshire!
