into this McDonald’s with high hopes, dreams, and an appetite for a McChicken. What I did not walk in with, however, was a sleeping bag, a survival kit, and the sheer willpower to endure what would become the longest 20 minutes of my life.
The moment I stepped inside, I knew I had made a grave mistake. The drive-thru line outside moved with the efficiency of a well-oiled NASCAR pit crew, while inside, I stood there like a contestant on Survivor: Fast Food Edition. I could’ve written my will. I could’ve learned a new language. I could’ve trained a carrier pigeon to fetch my meal faster.
As I waited, I began to contemplate my life choices. Should I have just gone home and made a sandwich? Could I have driven to another state, ordered food, and made it back before my number was called? Probably. At one point, I think I saw a McDonald’s employee step into another dimension and return with my fries still cold.
When my order finally arrived, the cashier handed it over with the same level of enthusiasm as someone serving jury duty. My McChicken? It looked like it had been assembled by a blindfolded toddler. The fries? Cold. My soul? Weary.
Moral of the story: If you’re hungry and in a hurry, the drive-thru is the promised land. Entering this McDonald’s on foot is a commitment. Bring snacks. Bring a book. Or just… don’t.

My husband and I went to sit down so that we could see our dog from the window, but the managers were having a meeting and we were told that we could not sit down near them because they didn't want us hearing what they had to say. If they were having such an important meeting, you think they wouldn't be having an in a public area within the restaurant where everyone is walking in and out of right near the bathroom are we not allowed to go to the bathroom? I am appalled. In addition to that food was made incorrectly and had to wait over 10 minutes for it

They take over an hour to complete orders. They clear the queue by printing out the receipt. This in turn makes their times look good. It is a dysfunctional way to run the place and that is why they take so long

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to in the whole country. Besides that, also got a raw quarter pounder from here before. Have waited 20-30 mins before as well. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush
They are slow, but that is the least of their issues. The printer has consistently not worked for their self ordering terminals. They also immediately moved all orders to now serving (probably to try and trick the system into thinking they have fast service). That means everyone is standing at the counter waiting for the food because they can't use the sign to know when to come up. They are inconsistent with their orders and mess them up more than most. They finish an order and then leave it for sometimes up to ten minutes until they put it on the shelf where you can get to it. A final small grievance is that they don't give you your cup to start filling up your drinks until the order is served, which just drags out the already long wait. I forgot that some McDonald's are actually good to go to until I went to the one at the Lee traffic circle and realized just how bad they are here.

The worst McDonald's I visited yet. Waited over 30 minutes for my order. I came in around 2:20 I used the self-service kiosk waited until 3:10 for my order. The food was cold, and the service was horrible. I sat in the restaurant if you could find a clean area to sit. Tables filled with trash, overflowing trash cans. The restroom was horrible.
