Slowest McDonald's on earth always behind especially in restaurants maybe there told by corporate to prioritize drive thru?

This place is a massive joke. Waited in line for 45 minutes just to be told that they couldn't look up my mobile order. They are extremely slow and if you can get food, it is below average at best, even for a McDonald's. If this wasn't the only place in Dover open 24 hours, it would've closed long ago because they just plain suck. Avoid if you can.
1/1/26 update: This place has somehow gotten worse since I left the original review several years ago. It's even slower than before, the staff is usually unpleasant and the food absolutely sucks. Good luck getting hot food, if you even get what you pay for at all, because they ALWAYS leave out at least one thing. The worst part is that the price on this slop has done nothing but increase, which cannot be said for the quality, which is terrible. I stand by what I previously said: AVOID THIS RESTAURANT.

Instead of a four piece chicken nuggets in my kids happy meal… he got tartar sauce in a 4 piece nugget box that spilled everywhere and ruined his lunch.

Long long wait to order. Drive through had no one attending for like 20 min. This app thing is screwing up everything! Two lines and you guys can’t handle it. Curbside people were livid. Not getting food either. Not enough staff. No management to make sure it is properly staffed. After 20 min of waiting to order. I get “ mobile app?” Nope then another 20 min to get food. Never again…. And I noticed the mobile order curbside was not happening either. So much for fast food.

Upon entering, my food was ready, but I was told it wasn’t. After waiting half hour the same employ- the manager nonetheless- told me it was on shelf behind counter, which was there the whole time.

Very frustrated with this McDonald's, twice in a week I have ordered a bacon cheese bagel ( no egg) and twice it was incorrect. Egg both times are on bagel, and today it had no bacon so literally an egg and cheese bagel. Was not busy literally the only car in drive- thru.

It's McDonald's not much I can tell you that you don't already know it's always hit and miss on the service and your order sometimes you have to go in and have your order corrected and then eat the cold food in your car when you get back out of the store this McDonald's did a good job overall

I will never go back to mcdonalds again. My son ordered the big mac meal & a strawberry milk shake. He ordered a medium. He was charged $18.65. That is outrageous. They need to start lowering their prices.

Disappointed, went to order the McCrispy fries. Lady taking the order barely spoke English. Had to repeat 5 times. Still got the wrong order. Plus I can’t have dairy so I made sure the chicken fries didn’t have them. Instead I get a sandwich with damn dairy. Literally $30 meal like what the hell.
